Abstract: Embodiments described herein advantageously provide an artificial multi-icicle structure. In one embodiment, the structure includes a base from which a plurality of icicles extend to imitate a multi-pendant mass of ice formed by the freezing of dripping water. The plurality of icicles are elongated along a length of the structure so that at least some of the lengths exceed about one fifth a length of the structure. The lengths of the icicles are staggered to be of different lengths. The icicles terminate in spaced apart conical ends. The icicles are cascaded so that different icicles start at different positions along the length of the structure.

Abstract: A light-emitting module that includes a light source and an optical lens is provided. The light source emits an original beam along a direction of a light-emitting axis, and the optical lens is disposed on a transmission path of the original beam. The original beam passes the optical lens and becomes an illumination beam. A light shape of the illumination beam has a first full width at half maximum (FWHM) along a first direction and has a second FWHM along a second direction, and a ratio of the second FWHM to the first FWHM is large than 3. The first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to the direction of the light-emitting axis. A light-emitting device is also provided.

    Abstract: A lens includes a light incident surface and a light output surface. In a coordinate system, the light incident surface satisfies a formula (1): Z r 1 = c 1 ? r 1 2 1 + 1 - r 1 2 ? c 1 2 + u 1 2 ? ( 1 - u 1 2 ) 1 - r 1 2 ? c 1 2 ? ? m = 0 M ? ? a m ? Q m ? ( u 1 2 ) . c1 is a curvature of the light incident surface. r1 is a distance from the center of the lens to a joint point between the light input surface and a radius which is substantially perpendicular to the central axis of the lens. u1 is a normalized radius of the light incident surface. am represents the aspheric coefficient. Qm is a polynomial of order m and represents that the sum of am is equal to the sum of the root mean square of the slope of the light incident surface.
