Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for producing three-dimensional molded parts from a continuous sheet of a flat, plastically malleable fiber material via deep drawing with a stamp and an associated die, wherein the fiber material between the stamp and the die can be reshaped via a relative movement. The object of the instant invention is to offer a method and a device for producing three-dimensional molded parts in which the reshaping is done via deep drawing from a cut-to-size section in the continuous sheet and which leads to a high reshaping ratio. The problem is solved by connecting the round, rectangular, oval or irregular cut-to-size section for the molded part during the deep-drawing process to the continuous sheet of fiber material via at least one web and otherwise separating it from the continuous sheet via at least one stress-easing cut; a reshaping ratio, as the ratio of the diameter and the depth, of greater than 0.2 can be realized.

Abstract: An electron beam sterilization method is provided to sterilize a bottle cap by dropping the bottle cap sequentially along a sterilization path in the vertical direction while the bottle cap is oriented such that the cap axis thereof passing through the center of an opening face is substantially horizontal, and applying an electron beam onto the bottle cap. First, in the sterilization path, an ambient gas is sucked through a suction hole formed along the vertical direction in a guide wall, thereby drawing the closed face of the bottle cap toward the guide wall, and an electron beam is applied onto the opening face. Next, in the sterilization path, an ambient gas is sucked through a suction hole formed along the vertical direction in a guide wall, thereby drawing the opening face of the bottle cap toward the guide wall, and an electron beam is applied onto the closed face.

This grid is deployable in water fountains, indoor and outdoor pools, and other small bodies of water during festive occasions or for longer term decorative display. A special feature of this invention is that the grid itself does not float and is positioned below the surface of the water, and thus is not readily visible. Buoyancy is provided at the hubs that form nodes in the grid. The hubs also support floating bowls containing various decorative elements. The resulting effect is that the various decorative elements appear to be floating on the surface while the sub-surface grid structure maintains their relative positioning, keeping the bowls from clumping together at the edges or in the corners of the pool or fountain.

Abstract: A compression cord sleeve bundles a flexible elongated cord, such as cables, electrical cords, or wires, for storage or transportation. The compression cord sleeve includes a tubular sleeve body and a handle. The tubular sleeve body compresses around the flexible elongated cord in order to prevent the flexible elongated cord from unraveling or uncoiling. The tubular sleeve body is manipulated around a coiled or wrapped flexible elongated cord such that the tubular sleeve body compresses the coiled or wrapped flexible elongated cord radially. The handle allows a user to grasp the compression cord sleeve for ease of transportation.

When the belt wrapped around a clamped article is inserted into an insertion hole of the buckle through an inlet end and is then tightened, the belt can be locked to the buckle while the belt is fastened around the clamped article. After the belt is locked to the buckle, an excess portion of the belt drawn from an outlet end of the insertion hole of the buckle is cut off while leaving a remaining portion. The buckle has a protecting portion that is configured to cover both sides of the remaining portion of the belt. The protecting portion is configured to cover all of four corners of a cut surface of the remaining portion of the belt.

Abstract: A cable tie having a desired length of flexible belt and a buckle connected to one longitudinal end of the belt may include rack teeth that are formed in one surface of the belt and are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the belt, an engagement strip that is positioned in a through hole of the buckle and is configured to be deformed about its proximal end connected to an inner wall of the buckle, and an engagement claw that is formed in the engagement strip. The engagement strip is configured to be deformed due to contact with the belt inserted into the through hole of the buckle, so that a crossing angle is formed between the engagement surface of the engagement claw and the tooth surface of one of the rack teeth in a fastened condition in which the belt is inserted into the through hole of the buckle and is tightened.
