  • Patent number: 9605665
Abstract: The pump is provided with a plurality of pumping chambers and electrically activatable valves. An elastic membrane is arranged in each pumping chamber and divides the same into a first and a second chamber section. Each valve is connected to the second chamber section of a pumping chamber. When a pressure drop is applied over the valve and the valve is activated (i.e. opened), the pressure in the second chamber section changes, which causes the membrane to move, which in turn leads to a change of the volumes of both chamber sections. This e.g. allows to pump well-defined amounts of fluid from the chamber sections to a drug dispensing device.

  • Patent number: 9605692
Abstract: The subject matter of this specification can be embodied in, among other things, a locking apparatus for a rotary actuator includes an outer housing comprising a cylindrical interior surface having a recess. A rotor is disposed within the outer housing. The rotor has an interior cavity and a port extending radially from the interior cavity to the cylindrical exterior surface. A piston is disposed for reciprocal movement within the interior cavity between a first position and a second position and includes a first portion having a first thickness, a second portion having a second thickness larger than the first thickness. A key is disposed for radially reciprocal movement within the port and includes a radially proximal end and a radially distal end. The radially proximal end contacts the first portion and the radially distal end does not extend into the recess when the piston is in the first position.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic pressure control device for a swing motor for construction machinery, and more particularly, to a hydraulic pressure control device for a swing motor for construction machinery, which supplements working fluid in the swing motor when a turning operation of an upper body of construction machinery is performed and then stopped. The hydraulic pressure control device for the swing motor for construction machinery according to the present disclosure including the aforementioned configuration may rapidly secure the amount of makeup fluid required by the swing motor when the swing motor is stopped by directly receiving the working fluid discharged from the hydraulic pump P, thereby improving durability of equipment and preventing a cavitation phenomenon.

  • Patent number: 9605694
Abstract: In a method of driving a hydraulic system, a contracting force is applied to a hydraulic actuator, thereby causing hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic actuator to flow through a first hydraulic pump motor into a first accumulator, thereby causing the first hydraulic pump motor to apply rotational energy to a shaft. The rotational energy from the shaft is applied to a second hydraulic pump motor, thereby causing hydraulic fluid to be pumped from a second accumulator to a third accumulator so as to store energy in the third accumulator. Once energy is stored in the third accumulator, the second hydraulic pump motor is driven with hydraulic fluid stored in the third accumulator so as to apply rotational energy to the shaft, thereby driving the first hydraulic pump motor to pump hydraulic fluid from the first accumulator to the hydraulic actuator, thereby applying an expanding force to the hydraulic actuator.
