Abstract: A footwear effects toning of the leg muscles. It includes two soles and a redress mechanism contained within each of the soles for redressing the positions of the soles, in order to adjust corresponding feet positions by toning the leg muscles. A shock absorbing pebble for use within the soles, includes an elastic membrane that deforms under pressure, and that defines two chambers that are connected by means of a gas permeable membrane. In a balanced position, the first chamber is filled with a mixture of gas along with fluid, and the second chamber is filled with gas. As an external force is applied to the membrane, gas molecules are forced into the second chamber, inflating it until equilibrium is achieved, thus dampening the external force.

Abstract: A rotary airless compact including facing concentric arcuate inner and annular outer walls which are manually rotatable relative to each other, and a flexible tube extending between the walls and secured to the inner wall. The outer wall has radial ribs projecting inwardly to crimp the tube at spaced locations against the inner wall, providing successive seals between which the tube has internally open regions for holding fluid product. As the outer wall rotates relative to the inner wall in a direction from a first to a second end of the tube, product is drawn from a supply pouch at the first end into successive open regions of the tube in discrete quantities separated by the seals, and the ribs advance the seals and open regions to the second end, where a nozzle or other dispensing element discharges the quantities of product into a pan area of the compact.

A clasp is mounted to an inner end portion at one side of the overlapping portion of the collar portion, and a ladder tape is mounted from near an end portion at the other side of the collar portion to an upper region of the back cloth. By making the clasp be caught and fastened in an arbitrary position of the ladder tape, the overlapping portion of the collar portion is fastened.

Abstract: A dispensing brush is disclosed having a novel integrated dispensing system for delivering cleaning solutions and similar liquids to a surface to be cleaned. The dispensing system has a reservoir for liquid retention that is coupled to the dispensing brush. An integral pump dispenses the liquid from the reservoir and through a nozzle to a surface to be cleaned. The pump is actuated from a lever that is depressed by a user, at times repeatedly, to facilitate pumping of the liquid onto a surface to be cleaned by scrubbing action of the dispensing brush.

Abstract: A unique multiple work surface pullout unit that increases space utilization by providing multiple work surfaces for performance of multiple tasks marginally within the space allocated for one. Floors and structural walls, in addition to the framing elements of existing cabinets and counters may provide significant structural support/support frame function for a multiple work surface pullout unit. The multiple work surface pullout unit comprises at least two, generally rectangular in shape, work surfaces of appropriate dimension for the intended use of each work surface; a pair of primary slides and a pair of secondary slides, and means of connecting pairs of slides, identified herein as a pair of rails. Compact size is achieved in part by limiting load-bearing service to the primary slides. Said comprising components are configured and connected such that the work surfaces can move either together as a unit or independently and in either the same or opposite direction.
