The following features of the tree and its fruit are characterized with the tree budded on ‘Nemaguard’ Rootstock (non-patented), grown on Handford sandy loam soil with Storie Index rating 95, in USDA Hardiness Zone 9, near Modesto, Calif., with standard commercial fruit growing practices, such as pruning, thinning, spraying, irrigation and fertilization. Its novelty consist of the following combination of desirable features: 1. Vigorous, upright growth of tree. 2. Regular and productive bearer of large size fruit. 3. Fruit with an attractive red skin color. 4. Fruit with firm, yellow flesh. 5. Fruit with very good flavor and eating quality. 6. Fruit with good storage and handling quality.

Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Dahlia plant named ‘G13532’, characterized by its compact and upright plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; very dark brown-colored leaves; early and freely flowering habit; and semi-double type inflorescences with purple violet-colored ray florets.
Abstract: A new Petunia plant named ‘PEHY0006’ particularly distinguished by salmon-pink flowers, medium green foliage, excellent branching, mounding plant habit, relatively low vigour and medium sized flowers.
Abstract: ‘Sweet Gino’ is a new and distinctive variety of Spathiphyllum which is characterized by large and attractive flowers presented at or slightly above the foliage, a relative abundance of fully opened flowers, dark green and glossy foliage with unruffled margins, and the stability of all characteristics from generation to generation. The new variety is typically produced as an indoor ornamental plant.
Abstract: A new and distinct Guzmania cultivar named ‘G9197’ which is characterized by the combination of strongly reflexed foliage, leaf margins that undulate near the distal end and apex, compact and wide inflorescence, large floral bracts, floral bracts with a light purple general tonality, and the stability of all characteristics from generation to generation.
Abstract: A new and distinct Sansevieria cultivar named ‘Supsan1401’ which is characterized by the combination of a dense and compact growth habit, unique coloration and patterning of the foliage, narrow foliage, soft and brittle foliage which will not inflict bodily harm, and the stability of all characteristics from generation to generation. The new variety is a Sansevieria, typically produced as an indoor ornamental plant.
Abstract: A barrier structure for use in an electrochemical stochastic membrane sensor for single molecule detection. The sensor is based upon inorganic nanopores having electrically tunable dimensions. The inorganic nanopores are formed from inorganic materials and an electrically conductive polymer. Methods of making the barrier structure and sensing single molecules using the barrier structure are also described.

Abstract: The present invention is a laser ranging device that incorporates an internal tilt sensor, an internal temperature sensor, and an internal pressure sensor. The tilt sensor is used to measure the target's vertical angle relative to the horizontal reference plane. Digital signal processing circuitry controls the firing of the laser pulse, calculation of time-of-flight range, measurement of the vertical angle of the tilt sensor, measurement of ambient temperature and storage of tilt sensor and temperature sensor calibration data. The digital signal processing circuitry then provides the user temperature corrected ballistic ranging information, including corrected horizontal range. Additionally, an automatic gain control system minimizes the effects of target to target variance in reflectivity and its associated errors. It is also an object of this invention to electronically minimize errors in the measurement of a vertical angle caused by housing vibration and by temperature variance errors.

Abstract: A content reproducing apparatus is disclosed which includes: a sensor; a discrimination circuit configured to discriminate whether a movement of a user is a first movement or a second movement based on a detection output from the sensor; a storage configured to store contents; a reproduction circuit configured to reproduce the contents; and a control circuit configured to supply the reproduction circuit with contents retrieved from the storage in accordance with a discrimination output from the discrimination circuit.
Abstract: Adjacent blocks are identified in an image. Coding parameters for the adjacent blocks are identified. Deblock filtering between the identified adjacent blocks is skipped if the coding parameters for the identified adjacent blocks are similar and not skipped if the coding parameters for the identified adjacent blocks are substantially different.
Abstract: A method for uplink power control is described. A user equipment (UE) power class may be determined. An uplink multiple access scheme may also be determined. The maximum transmission power for the UE may further be determined according to the determined uplink multiple access scheme and the UE power class.
Abstract: A control system for a tractor that controls an operating condition of an attached implement and includes a pressure sensing device which senses the pressure in the hydraulic drive circuit and provides a signal indicative of the pull force necessary to pull the implement. The control system further includes a control device which receives the pressure signal and a second signal relating to the speed of the tractor and adjusts the position of the implement to a position within a pre-determined range in order to prevent damage to the tractor or implement.
Abstract: An agricultural system includes a baler for picking up and compressing crop from a crop swath in a field and a tow tractor. The baler is towed by the tow tractor via a draft hitch arrangement, which draft hitch arrangement allows a baler pickup track to be laterally offset from the tractor driving track with respect to the tractor driving direction. During baling, the baler pickup track is aligned to the crop swath for picking up crop and the tractor driving track is laterally spaced from the crop swath with respect to the tractor driving direction. A steering system autonomously aligns the baler pickup track onto the crop swath.
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method comprising drawing outdoor air past one or more screens of a combine harvester by generating air flow; circulating the air flow through one or more ducts and into a cleaning system of the combine harvester; closing a baffle in each of the one or more ducts; and responsive to the closing, discharging the air flow past the one or more screens.
