Abstract: An office-type chair including a back support having a suspension mesh back support and a back support frame. The suspension mesh back support has an integral retaining channel disposed at a peripheral edge thereof, and the back support frame includes a central pair of upright support posts and wedge base for mounting to a chair frame. The back support frame includes a plurality of flexible and spaced support arms extending laterally outward from the upright support posts. The support arms each have a peripheral edge configured for fastenerless attachment in a tensioned state within the suspension mesh retaining channel. An upholstery cover encapsulates the suspension mesh and back support frame. The office chair also includes a lumbar mechanism including a resilient cushion that may be positioned in the space between the suspension mesh and the support frame and adjusted along the vertical extent of the back support by rolling the resilient cushion on the rear of the suspension mesh.

The invention further relates to a chair with a backrest, which is formed from backrest carriers (7) which are pivotable independently of each other and which also comprises the aforementioned lumbar support (1). In this case, the lumbar support (1) is articulated to the backrest carriers (7) which are pivotable independently of each other.

Abstract: A chair arm bezel includes a table holder and a cup holder. The table holder is recessed into the chair arm and includes a passage for a table support. The cup holder is recessed into the chair arm and includes an open cavity for receiving a cup. Recessing the table and cup holders into the chair arm provide a stable platform for the bezel and for switches and/or USB ports attached to the bezel.

Abstract: A bed frame wall protector kit having a pair of headboard bracket sleeves, each having a slot sized to receive a headboard bracket and where the pair of headboard bracket sleeves protect a wall from the headboard brackets. Abstract: A convertible cooler comprises a cooler body, a lid having a top surface and a rear connector part, a bed extension having an adjoining edge and a sleeping surface, a bed extension connector pivotally connecting the adjoining edge to the rear connector part to rotate the bed extension between a stowed position, in which the bed extension rests flat upon the top surface of the lid, and an extended position, in which the sleeping surface of the bed extension is substantially coplanar with the top surface of the lid, and a leg assembly connected to the bed extension and adjustably supporting the bed extension above ground at a level that places the sleeping surface substantially coplanar with the top surface of the lid when in the extended position. The lid top surface and the sleeping surface of the bed extension are sized to permit a person to sleep thereon.

Abstract: The present invention addresses a hygienic diaper changer. The diaper changer, object of the present invention is constituted by a bag that has an opening (1) at the top of the bag, through which the baby is inserted feet first to the waist and has lateral access openings (2) through which are inserted the hands of the caregiver, allowing in this manner the easy changing of the diaper, in addition there is a central opening (3) to facilitate the complete process of changing the diaper without soiling the surface where the activity is taking place and preventing the propagation of odors. When placed on the child, the diaper changer seals, preventing the passing of odors or fluids to the exterior.

Abstract: Various entertainment systems, that include a blanket, along with a flexible book that is removably attachable to the blanket, are described. Such flexible books may include a flexible cover and disposed within the flexible cover may be at least one flexible page. The flexible book may be constructed from a fabric. In some embodiments, the blanket may comprise at least one pocket for removable storage of the flexible book. In some embodiments, the blanket may be folded in half, creating a folder, wherein this folder may be used to removably store the flexible book. And irrespective of such flexible book storage with the blanket, the flexible book may be removably attached to the blanket using mechanical fasteners. Additionally, methods of use and methods of manufacturing for such blankets and flexible books are described, disclosed, and taught.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and/or a system of stitchless bedding. In one aspect, a bedsheet component includes a fabric having an angled corner area. A marginal border is folded to include a top marginal fold and a bottom marginal fold. The top marginal fold is aligned to be substantially parallel with the bottom marginal fold. An adhesive is inserted between the top marginal fold and the bottom marginal fold. A heat and/or a pressure is applied to the top marginal fold and/or the bottom marginal fold to soften the adhesive. The adhesive further permeates a portion of the top marginal fold and a portion of the bottom marginal fold. The top marginal fold and the bottom marginal fold are held together as a single, complete flexible unit when the adhesive is cured.

The outer cover and inner cover may each include an aperture that is openable and closable via a fastening mechanisms. The vessel includes a bottom, and a sidewall surrounding the bottom and extending upward from the bottom so as to form a fluid retaining interior region. The sidewall terminates at a rim. The vessel also includes a channel extending through a portion of the bottom and further extending upward into and through a portion of the sidewall. The channel has an opening positioned in an external surface of the sidewall. The cookware apparatus further includes a thermal sensor positioned within the channel. The thermal sensor extends through the portion of the bottom and further extends upward into and through the portion of the sidewall.

Abstract: A cookware handle includes a plastic grip portion molded over a portion of an insert. The insert inserts into a bore of a flange. The grip portion is externally flush with the flange interface and the insert internally connects the grip portion to the flange. This allows the grip portion to be over molded on a first part of the insert so the other portion can be welded or otherwise attached to the flange after external surface finishing of the flange. The insert and flange may be welded together along a portion of the insert that contacts the flange within the bore and that is not visible when the flange is attached to a cookware vessel sidewall to provide the grip molded as a handle for the cookware vessel.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for control of temperature-precise culinary processes with real-time verification of food safety and pathogen destruction. The apparatus and method utilizes software process control for monitoring and recording input temperature sensors, controlling active relays for adjusting temperature according to set programmable recipes. A connector kit (local or in the cloud) or gateway module receives real time data from the sensors and relays, and enables communication of real time data with client applications. An automatic process interface (“API”) and a communication channel (“websocket”) enable the connector kit (local or in the cloud), mobile applications, a website and cloud to share data and instructions.

Supports disposed on the guides hold the filter receptacle up and above the container so that a beverage may be drip brewed into the container.

Abstract: A grinder for preparing brewing materials has a main casing, a grinding assembly and an unloading assembly to measure the amount of the brewing powder to unload. The unloading assembly has an unloading motor and a measuring barrel. When the user puts the brewing materials into the main casing, the grinding assembly grinds the brewing materials into the brewing powder. The brewing powder drops into the unloading assembly. When the unloading motor actuates the measuring barrel rotates, the brewing powder is deposited in a partafilter. Therefore, a user can grind tea leaves, Chinese herbal medicine, the petals and so on to have fresh brewing powder. Brewing liquids with the fresh brewing powder keeps the nutrient content and flavor. In addition, the bags for packaging the brewing powder is no longer needed to reduce environmental pollution and packaging cost.

Abstract: A brewing material holder includes a closed bottom water dispersing member including ports providing streams of water from just under a holder lid bottom, for uniformly dispersing water into the brewing material in the holder. When water is injected into the holder, the flow of water is captured in the water dispersion member and directed up to the ports and sprayed horizontally or vertically into the brewing material, and sinks into brewing material contained in the brewing chamber. The water dispersion member may be attached to the holder lid or be part of the holder lid. A single centered port may be provided in the bottom of the dispensing member provides an additional spray and also helps drain the dispensing member after use.

A second grilling module of the grilling unit (3) is pivotable to a first grilling module between closed and open positions to cover and uncover the first grilling module, respectively. First and second control modules of the controlling unit enable the heating unit to heat the first and second grilling modules with a first heating power and at least the first grilling module with a second heating power, respectively. The switching unit, is configured to be triggered to turn on the first control module when the second grilling module is at the closed position, and to turn on the second control module when it is not triggered.

Abstract: A grilling device for bacon or other thinly sliced meat. The device includes a base with sidewalls extending from opposite ends of the base. A pair of doors are coupled to opposite sides of the base and movable from an open position to a closed position. A pair of grill plates are removably connected to a corresponding one of the doors. A heating element extends from the base between the side walls. A removable grill is placed over the heating element between the side walls. When the doors are in the closed position, the grill and the grill plates form an enclosed space, so that when power is supplied to the heating element, heat generated by the heating element is provided by convection to the grill and the grill plates.

Abstract: In some embodiments, a barbecue grill assembly may include a barbecue grill and a telescoping arm including a coupling mechanism configured to couple to a trailer hitch assembly of a vehicle. The barbecue grill assembly may further include a bearing mechanism including a first portion coupled to the telescoping arm and including a second portion coupled to a bottom surface of the barbecue grill. The bearing mechanism may be configured to selectively rotate the barbecue grill about a pivot axis. In some embodiments, the barbecue grill assembly may include a housing that may be configured to disguise the barbecue grill as a tool box.

Abstract: The invention pertains to an accessory for adapting cooking grills, especially kettle and kamado style grills for better cooking of pizzas and other foods not typically thought of as appropriate for grilling. The accessory is an insert that is adapted to sit between the bottom and the top of the grill and is generally shaped with a horizontal cross-section substantially similar to the horizontal cross section at the junction of the bottom and the top of the grill with which it is adapted to work. The insert increases the height of the cooking chamber. The insert includes a side opening or window through which food may be inserted and removed from the expanded cooking chamber without the need to open or remove the top of the grill.

Abstract: A system and method is disclosed for frying one or more food items. A cooking oil delivery system (6) delivers cooking oil to the tank (2) so as to completely fill the tank with cooking oil. The method of the invention comprises inserting one or more food items into the frying tank (2) and delivering cooking oil to the tank so as to completely fill the tank, and then frying the food items.

Abstract: An air fryer system is disclosed which comprises a base having a heating source and an air source located therein, both sources being supplied power for operation by an AC power cord. A cooking chamber is defined within the base and a cooking drawer fits securely within the cooking chamber to substantially seal the chamber against heat loss during use. A handled food basket which detachably secures to the cooking drawer is configured to facilitate even distribution of heated air within the cooking chamber. A digital, touch screen user interface attached to a surface of the base is electronically coupled to a controller for powering on the fryer system and setting cooking conditions. The preferred system also includes infrared heating, time and temperature controls, and an automatic safety shutoff mechanism.

Abstract: A slicer is provided herein that includes a pair of parallel planar arms having a proximal end and a distal end, each of the arms coupled to each other at the proximal end via a hinge connection and at the distal end via a cutting wire. The apparatus is configured to be operated between a first position in which the pair of planar arms are essentially parallel to each other and a second position in which the pair of planar arms are squeezed closer to each other, and where the cutting wire is sufficiently rigid to maintain the distance at the distal end of the apparatus between the first and second positions.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a bag for separating fluids with differing densities. In particular the disclosure relates to a kitchen utensil that can use to separate, for example, gravy or pan juices from cooking fat. The bag includes upper and lower openings and an upper handle. Cooking juices can be placed into the bag via the upper opening. Once closed, the fat will rise while the gravy collects at the bottom of the bag adjacent the lower closure. The lower closure can then be opened to let out the gravy.

Abstract: A cake carrier having a base and a cover, the cover having a substantially rigid top portion and a substantially rigid bottom portion joined by a flexible middle portion having at least one living hinge to collapse the cake carrier from an open configuration to a collapsed configuration, and the base comprising a frame that holds a reversible insert that has a first surface including a plurality of wells and a second surface that is substantially flat. Abstract: The present invention is a foot washing device for accommodating a foot and thoroughly cleaning the foot positioned within the device. The foot cleaning device has a foot vessel, scrubbing grooves, roller, a water drainage hole or assembly for draining water and soap into the outside of the vessel, and spray jets attachable to the water vessel assembly for holding the water throughout the process. The scrubbing grooves are distributed throughout the bottom of the vessel for allowing the user to clean his or her feet. The roller is used to move the foot forward or backward to rub against scrubbing grooves.

At least one tab is arranged in the container for retaining the stack of napkins during withdrawal of a napkin from the stack. The tab is pivotably arranged in relation to the container between a holding position, in which the tab extends horizontally over at least a portion of the dispensing opening, and a refill position, in which the tab is directed away from the dispensing opening. The tab pivots about a living hinge. One or more stop surfaces limit an extent to which the tab is able to turn about the living hinge toward the dispensing mouth.

The cover portion is a washable and reusable seat cover portion that is removably attachable to a mounting surface of a toilet seat section between a toilet cover and a top surface of a toilet bowl.
