Abstract: This disclosure describes a hybrid of blockchain with other information management systems to provide validation for documents, transaction state and performance against contracts. A blockchain document hybrid allows portions of versioned documents to be shared without revealing full document content. For transaction and contract state a confidential Shared Data Structure (SDS) is combined with a publicly viewable blockchain to record the terms of a trade transaction, starting from as early as a purchase order. Out of these building blocks we present designs for commerce systems that can automatically execute the flow of money based upon signals resulting from the flow of goods. Besides reducing processing costs through automation, these designs open up avenues for innovations such as a Data LC, Blockchain Based Obligation (BBO), Deep Tier Financing, and Cash Flow Scrips.

Abstract: A method for facilitating mobile device payments, multimedia capture, calling, and messaging may include providing a payment, multimedia capture, calling, and messaging interface on a display of a mobile and wearable device and sensing a haptic input of the user via the haptic control associated with one touch payment, one tap payment, and one touch service. In response to the haptic input, a cloud-based application associated with the mobile and wearable device may be activated. The haptic input may be analyzed to determine a duration of the haptic input. Based on the duration of the haptic input, an operation may be selected from the list of predetermined operations to be performed by the cloud-based application. The predetermined operations include at least a payment operation, a multimedia capture operation, a calling operation, and a messaging operation. The method may include operably connecting the mobile and wearable device to a cloud storage.

Abstract: The ELECTRONIC WALLET CHECKOUT PLATFORM APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS (“EWCP”) transform customer purchase requests triggering electronic wallet applications via EWCP components into electronic purchase confirmation and receipts. In one implementation, the EWCP receives a merchant payment request, and determines a payment protocol handler associated with the merchant payment request. The EWCP instantiates a wallet application via the payment protocol handler. The EWCP obtains a payment method selection via the wallet application, wherein the selected payment method is one of a credit card, a debit card, a gift card selected from an electronic wallet, and sends a transaction execution request for a transaction associated with the merchant payment request. Also, the EWCP receives a purchase response to the transaction execution request, and outputs purchase response information derived from the received purchase response.

Abstract: A method for a shared resource management system is discussed. The method includes managing a shareable digital artifact for sharing between applications hosted by a user devices. The shared artifact is accessible, at the same time, by first and second application. The use of the shared artifact by the first application makes the shared artifact unavailable for use by the second application. The method includes determining whether a notification is received from the first application indicating that the shared artifact is used by the first application at a merchant. The method includes, in response to a determination that the notification is received, marking the shared artifact used. In response to marking the shared artifact used, a used artifact notification is sent to the second application to indicate that the shared artifact has been used and it is unavailable for use by the second application.

Abstract: A security core supports a networked banking app for a client application device communicating with a server, such as e.g. a smartphone. It provides a secure environment for the banking app to conduct registration, enrollment, and transaction workflows with corresponding back-end servers on the network. It includes defenses against static analysis, attempts at reverse engineering, and real-time transaction fraud. A principal defense employed is obfuscation of the protocols, APIs, algorithms, and program code. It actively detects, thwarts, misdirects, and reports reverse engineering attempts and malware activity it senses. A routing obfuscator is configured to operate at the outer layer. Previous core designs are retained as camouflage. An internal TLS library is used rather than the OS TLS layer. Cookies are managed internally in the core rather than in the webkit-browser layer.
