A design for the shape of the enclosure and features included in the enclosure for the device are disclosed which enhances the drying efficiency.

Abstract: The present invention disclosed herein relates to a lipstick case, and the lipstick case has a structure wherein a lipstick is exposed outwards when lowering an ascending and descending member which encases the lipstick as rotating a rotation body to one side direction, whereas the lipstick is hidden by the ascending and descending member when the rotation body to the other side direction is rotated and thereby the ascending and descending member ascends. Therefore, it is possible to fundamentally prevent problems in use, e.g. a breakage of lipstick caused by closing a cover part in a state of the lipstick being ascended.

Abstract: The present disclosure could generally provide a reusable and universal case for personal items such as, for example, removable lipstick refills. Manufacturers could provide relatively cost-effective lipstick refills suitable for use with a more elegantly packaged and fully functional universal case. The case could include an elongated tube to house a lipstick refill. The case could also include a notch disposed on an interior surface of an elongated tube to receive a groove disposed on an exterior surface of an insert disposed within a second end of the tube. The oral care material may be dispensed by actuating a valve fluidly coupled to the reservoir and outlet. In one embodiment, actuating the valve includes a flow orifice movable into and out of a flow path through the dispenser. Oral care material may be dispensed by positioning the orifice in the flow path in which the pressurized material flows outwards the product tube. To stop the flow of oral care material, the orifice is removed from the flow path which blocks the path. An operating button is provided in one embodiment to change position of the flow orifice.

The biaser is configured to allow the user to position the cabinet in a lowered position, with the guides moving through the tracks. The biaser will return the cabinet to a raised position.
