Abstract: An article of apparel comprising a first panel joined to a second panel such that a neck opening, a right arm opening, a left arm opening, and a waist opening are formed, and a midline plane extends through the article of apparel from one side to the other and through at least the neck opening, right arm opening, and left arm opening to define an anterior portion and a posterior portion of the article of apparel. In some aspects, the first panel extends from the anterior portion to the posterior portion proximate to the neck opening. In other aspects, the second panel extends to the anterior portion inferior to the right arm opening and left arm opening to a right seam and a left seam, respectively.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of protective pad for sportswear and the protective pad obtained by the manufacturing method are disclosed. The manufacturing method has the steps of: 1. making separate paddings using spongy materials; 2. choosing several paddings being made; adhering the several paddings with fabric pieces by heat press using a heat press mold and heat press formation devices, thereby forming the protective pad for sportswear. Specifically, the heat press mold contains cavities for accommodating the paddings; before heat press, laying a first fabric piece on the heat press mold, and then placing the paddings into the cavities; and after that laying a second fabric piece over the paddings; applying glues between the first fabric piece, the second fabric piece and the paddings; finally, adhering the first fabric piece, the second fabric piece and the paddings by heat press using the heat press formation devices.

Abstract: Finger sheaths provide individual finger coverings. The individual finger coverings prevent the transfer of germs, dirt, and other residual and harmful elements onto the user's fingers when contacting exposed surfaces or items as well as their transfer from the user's fingers to the user's mouth while eating finger foods. The individual finger coverings further prevent the transfer of residual elements from the finger food onto the user's fingers. The finger sheaths have a non-permeable organic composition that does no impart undesired tastes. The finger sheaths can be incorporated with antimicrobial, antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties about the outside surface and a sanitizing gel on the inside surface. The finger sheaths can be incorporated with custom flavorings and imprinted with digestible dyes to present custom patterns.

Abstract: A garment for healthcare professionals has been provided comprising one or more articles of clothing, wherein the one or more articles of clothing comprise an internal lining. The one or more articles of clothing are made of a first fabric while the internal lining is made of a second fabric. The first fabric can be any of the fabrics known in the prior art to manufacture medical scrubs, such as cotton. The second fabric of the internal lining has thermal insulation properties, such as fleece. The first fabric and the second fabric might have elastic properties. Further, the second fabric could be less transparent than the first fabric. Additionally, at least one of the first fabric and the second fabric could be partially impermeable to fluids.

Abstract: An ambidextrous glove for facilitating accurate tactility and dexterity on the distal finger pad tips. The glove has finger tip inserts facilitating tactile sensitivity. The inserts are located between the finger tips and first joint on both sides of at least the thumb, index finger, and middle finger. Optionally, the glove is turned inside out. Holes are cut in both sides of the finger tip. The inserts are adhered to the finger tip to cover the holes. If the glove was turned inside out, it is turned outside out.

Abstract: A glove is provided with stretchable zones or sections on the finger portions of the glove to allow adjustable form fitted receipt of a wearer's fingers, while conforming to varying finger lengths of different wearers so that the glove finger portions do not extend beyond the tips of the wearer's fingers.

Abstract: A protective glove suitable for use in hazardous environments is provided. The glove may include multiple layers, each providing different aspects of protection to the wearer's hands. Multiple layers may include layers that improve grip, protect against cuts and impact, provide breathability, and/or provide waterproof and/or water resistant protection. Additional safety features may include reflective striping and impact disbursement pads and ridges. Further, the glove may be constructed to enhance user dexterity.

The compression-generating section has lower stretchability than the body section at least in an insertion direction in order to increase compression provided by a portion of the garment where the compression-generating section is disposed.

A retention system may be attached to the liner body and configured to secure the liner to the wearer's head during use. The liner may be configured to provide substantially uniform impact protection throughout the interior region of the helmet.

Abstract: A shoe insert includes a generally planar body having a perimeter defining a foot-shaped area on an upper side of the body, the foot-shaped area including first and second toe areas and a heel area configured respectively for placement of a first toe, a second toe, and a heel of a user. The upper side defines a channel extending along an axis passing through a space between the first and second toe areas and the heel area. A linear member may be placed in the channel to protrude from an upper surface of the body. When a user uses the insert, the user's foot may sense the channel (or linear member, if present) and activate mechano-receptors on the bottom of the foot along the channel, which, in-turn, may train the foot to extend in a predetermined position relative to the linear member to improve balance.

A family cell is formed by fluidly connecting the inner bladders. One or more hybrid bladders are selected from the inner bladders and a second material having a second elasticity is applied to the hybrid bladders. The second elasticity is less than the first elasticity, such that the second material reduces the elastic qualities of the hybrid bladder.

Abstract: Articles of footwear including a midsole having a winding wrapped around at least a portion of the midsole. A midsole may include a core and a winding wrapped around the core to form a plurality of loops. Each loop of the winding may include a portion extending across a top surface of the core and a portion extending across a bottom surface of the core. The loops of the winding may protrude from the top surface of the core and/or the bottom surface of the core. Methods of making a midsole having a winding are also discussed.

Abstract: A protective case for a portable device having a touch screen is constructed from a back frame, a front frame and a stretchable cover. The back frame receives the portable device through an open front and the stretchable cover is stretched over the back frame and the device. A portion of the cover stretches over the back frame and portable device such that the portable device is securely held in the back frame and the touch screen can be accessed and used when the device is mounted in the back frame and stretchable cover. A front frame with a transparent screen protector that allows the touch screen of the portable device to be used while the device is fully enclosed in the case is removably coupled to the back frame with grasping arms that connect to mounting portions on the back frame that extend through openings in the stretchable cover. A debris resistant seal is created between the front frame and the stretchable cover through a compression fit.

Abstract: A camera lens holder comprising a cylindrical body formed or attached to a perpendicularly aligned planar base. The cylindrical body has sidewalls and coaxially aligned cylindrical cavity with a top opening with a chamfered inside edge. The diameter of the cylindrical cavity and the length of the sidewalls are sufficient in diameter and length to receive and hold the bayonet-style end connector on a camera lens. Formed on the inside surface of the cylindrical body are lugs configured to engage the lugs formed on the bayonet-style end on the lens. Formed on the outside surface of the cylindrical body are two or more projecting wings. Attached to the bottom surface of the planar body is a hook connector pad configured to connect to the inside surface of a camera bag made of cotton, nylon or felt material. The chamfered inside edge of the cylindrical body is configured to allow the user to easily insert the bayonet-style end connector on the lens without precisely aligning the lens over the top opening.

A plurality of conduits, or hollow bristles, extend from the platform. The conduits include channels that are in communication with the housing and the container of composition. The conduits terminate at an angled tip portion that engages the body surface, while simultaneously dispensing the composition from terminal openings or lateral openings formed at the tip.

Abstract: The invention is a nail polish bottle that comprises a bottle body and a bottle opening. The bottle body comprises an open end and an accommodating space. The open end and the accommodating space are connected. The bottle opening comprises an interconnecting piece with an attached hollow tube. The interconnecting piece can be detached from and attached to the open end of the bottle body, and the hollow tube of the interconnecting piece connects to the accommodating space of the bottle body. This invention of the nail polish bottle allows the nail polish in the bottle body to be dripped onto users' nails through the hollow tube of the bottle opening for nail painting. This resolves the issue presented by current nail polish container bottles where nail polish cannot be directly dripped onto the nails of the users for nail painting.

Abstract: A mirror for a mobile device, the mirror configured as a flexible multilayered laminate electrostatically and removably adhered to a viewing screen or other smooth surface of the mobile device. The laminate has at least one reflective layer adhered to an optically transparent bottom layer made of a plastic-silicone material. In another embodiment, the laminate includes a switchable film layer that when current is applied becomes optically opaque, allowing a split screen use of the viewing screen. For instance, when current is applied to the laminate, half of the viewing screen is a mirror and the other half allows use of software and other features of the mobile device. In yet another embodiment, a true mirror is created using software to create a reflective surface beneath a glass of the viewing screen. Control of the mirror using software and physical switches are also provided. LED lighting is also provided.

Abstract: A checkpoint-friendly backpack for allowing a laptop computer stored in a dedicated portion thereof to provide a clear, unobstructed, and distinct image thereof when X-ray screened at an inspection station without having to remove the laptop computer from the dedicated portion. The backpack includes a dedicated compartment and a non-dedicated compartment. The non-dedicated compartment stores items other than the laptop computer.
