Abstract: A treadmill having a curved treadmill deck is provided. Two curved side frames are disposed at two sides of the treadmill frame. Front and rear end ends of each curved side frame are higher than a middle section thereof. Inner sides of the two curved side frames are provided with a plurality of fixing seats, respectively. The fixing seats have fixing holes, respectively. An elastic deck is composed of a plurality of sheets connected side by side. The sheets each have perforations corresponding in position to the fixing holes of the respective fixing seats. A plurality of fixing pins are inserted in the perforations of the sheets of the elastic deck and secured to the fixing holes of the fixing seats. The elastic deck is forcibly fastened by the fixing pins and slightly deformed according to the curvature of the curved side frames to form the curved treadmill deck.

Preferably, the frame would have a base and a rebound surface-supporting structure. The resilient rebound surface is continuous and is configured to be variably tilted. The resilient surface is conical such that ball rebound and trajectory is rendered unpredictable, or predictable depending on where the ball strikes the resilient surface and/or a centrally disposed positioned within the rebound surface. The device comprises a base unit that supports a pair of resistance members that a batter strikes through with a swing of the bat. The resistance members are spaced apart a distance such that a first resistance member successively contacts a second resistance member as the batter follows through on the swing. The sounds produced from the resistance members being struck provide an auditory indication on the quality of the batter's swing. The training equipment device is capable of ready transport and can easily be moved and stored.

One such system includes a ball tracking component that tracks a game ball while moving in the sporting environment, and a heads up display that is worn by the user. This heads up display has an electronic display screen with a transparent display area that dynamically displays images within the user's field of view. A processor, which communicates with the ball tracking component and heads up display, is programmed to detect movement of the game ball, and responsively determine launch characteristics and/or flight characteristics of the moving game ball. The heads up display displays the launch/flight characteristics contemporaneous with an object indication adjacent to or superimposed over the moving game ball as the game ball is visible through the transparent display area of the display screen within the user's field of view.
