Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of preparing sour dairy products wherein the amount of acid whey as a by-product is considerably reduced. In particular, the sour dairy products are concentrated fermented milk products including all kinds of strained yoghurt such as Greek yoghurt, labneh and skyr, as well as fresh cheeses such as cream cheeses and quark, and other products which are concentrated after fermentation.

Abstract: Brewer's spent-grain based protein powder and related methods for using producing protein-enhanced foodstuff. The brewer's spent-grain based protein powders have beneficial properties including low phytic acid content, high PDCAAS value and retention of significant antioxidant properties. The brewer's spent-grain based protein powders are highly soluble and thus are easily wetable, readily dispersable and blendable in concentrations of up to 50% by weight. The brewer's spent-grain based protein powder possesses beneficial sensory characteristics including light color and mild flavor that allow the brewer's spent-grain based protein powder to be used alone or as a protein value enhancer within foods intended for human consumption, companion pet foods and in commercial livestock feeds.

The sleeve holders/grippers move vertically on the pivoting arm to support sleeves that are attached to the garment body at a various angles. The air bag contains a battery operated fan that fills the bag with air. The air is distributed over the cap's adjustable band to the top of the head. The batteries are typically worn in a pocket or other location on the user including a V-clip or possible battery belt or battery holder.
