Abstract: A method for a smart cup for performing command control via a gesture, comprising: a tilt angle sensor (121) detects an included angle ? between a smart cup and a vertical direction and an included angle ? between the smart cup and a preset horizontal reference line in real time, and sends data about the included angles to a control unit (122); the control unit (122) calculates changes in the angles according to the data about the included angles, and recognizes a corresponding gesture according to the changes in the angles; and the control unit (122) matches and executes a corresponding command according to the gesture.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a beverage lid including an upper lid surface, a fluid exit port positioned at least in part in the upper lid surface, a vertical lid surface in contact with the upper lid surface and an anti-splash component in contact with at least one of the upper lid surface and vertical lid surface and positioned substantially between a fluid and the fluid exit. In the event of the fluid splashing, the anti-splash component substantially prevents fluid from exiting the lid through the fluid exit, and in the event of a user drinking from the fluid exit, the fluid moves around the anti-splash component and out the fluid exit.

Abstract: A multi-purpose stretchable insert-mounting lid comprises a stretchable hollow body and a rigid ring member. The stretchable hollow body comprises a top opening, a bottom opening and a flexible sidewall. The flexible sidewall is configured to extend over sidewalk of a receptacle of one or more sizes. The top opening is configured to conform to an outlet of the receptacle. The rigid ring member is fixedly attached to an inner surface of the stretchable hollow body proximal to the top opening of the stretchable hollow body. Further, the rigid ring member is configured to restrain the stretchable hollow body against the receptacle. The rigid ring member comprises attachment elements configured to mount one or more insert elements for dispensing contents of the receptacle via the outlet.

Abstract: A lid assembly for a beverage container having a lid housing, a seal assembly and a trigger member. The seal assembly has a drink seal to close the drink aperture. The seal assembly is rotatedly connected to the lid housing and movable between a use position and a cleaning position to allow the drink aperture to be open for cleaning. The trigger member is connected to the lid housing and is capable of engaging the seal assembly in the use position, but it cannot engage the seal assembly in the cleaning position. Additionally, a trigger lock is connected to the lid housing to prevent engagement of the seal assembly by the trigger member when the trigger lock is locked. The trigger lock may also contain a visual indicator to indicate that the lock is in the locked position.

A hydrating and positioning system moves from a loading position when the container is in the access opening to a hydrating position with the container second end above the first end and then to a transfer position where the first end is positioned above the second end. A liquid dispenser is positioned above the container when the container is in the hydrating position.

A turbine is attached to the spring portion, the turbine having angled blades to induce a gentle stirring motion in response to vertical reciprocation of the turbine. The gentle breakdown of the powder creates a mixture which has a texture like that of a stirred mixture, as opposed to a pureed or blended mixture.

Abstract: An electronic endoscope system including a light source unit alternately repeats irradiation and non-irradiation of illumination light while alternately switching illumination light to be irradiated between first and second illumination lights which is different from at least one of a light amount and a spectral property from the first illumination light; an image pickup device that captures a subject illuminated with the illumination light; and an image pickup device control that reads, during a non-irradiation period of the illumination light following an irradiation period of the illumination light, charges which have been accumulated in the image pickup device during the irradiation period, and wherein the irradiation period of the first illumination light and the second illumination light are set to have different lengths depending on at least one of a difference in light amount and a difference in spectral property between the first illumination light and the second illumination light.
