Abstract: An aerosol delivery device or electronic cigarette generates an aerosol or vapor for consumption by a consumer. The device may include a cartridge holding an aerosol precursor substance or fluid that is turned into the aerosol or vapor. The fluid may be stored in reservoir that allows for the fluid to be passed to an atomizer for generating the aerosol. The reservoir may be a flexible bladder that equalizes pressure inside the cartridge to reduce leakage, such as with an internal valve to activate fluid transfer. Alternatively, the reservoir may include one or more capsules that can be broken or melted to release the fluid.

Abstract: In accordance with one aspect of the present invention there is provided an electronic smoking device, having an outer tube mounted around at least a portion of an inner tube. The outer tube can have an outer surface and an inner surface. The inner tube can have an inner surface defining an air path and an outer surface. An annular liquid storage tank is defined between the outer surface of the inner tube and the inner surface of the outer tube. A heater enclosure can define a heater coil chamber. A heater coil can be mounted at least partially within the heater enclosure. A wick can include a first end portion. The wick can extend through a center of the heater coil and the first end portion can extend into a first wick bore in a first wall of the heater enclosure.

At least one of the material layers is formed from an at least partially transparent material. The polymer foam material has a first color and the bonding agent has a second color that is different than the first color.

Abstract: The present application includes a system and method for protecting the user's clothes from food stains. The system includes a neckpiece convenient to place around the user's neck, a flexible material to attach to the neckpiece and a pair of tabs which are placed on the user to form a pocket to catch food particles. The flexible material may be detached from the neckpiece, allowing the neckpiece to be reused.

A garment 100A includes a garment body 101 and a device housing portion 120 provided in the garment body 101 and holding a heart rate measuring device 10 having a device body 20 and electrodes 26A and 26B contacting a biological surface so as to be attached/detached, in which the device housing portion 120 holds part of the device body 20 in a state where the electrodes 26A and 26B are exposed toward the biological surface side. The device housing portion 120 houses the device body 20 in a stretched state.

Abstract: A wearable metal detection system. The system includes a glove including a metal detection circuit disposed therein including a power supply, a first speaker, and a wireless transceiver each operably connected to a sensor configured to detect the presence of metal. The system further includes an earpiece including a power supply, a wireless transceiver, and a second speaker. A switch disposed on the glove allows a user to select between the first and second speakers. When the first speaker is selected, the first speaker emits an audible alert upon the sensor detecting metal. When the second speaker is selected, a detection signal is transmitted to the earpiece when the sensor detects a metallic object, and the second speaker then emits an audible alert. The glove may further include an inner lining, an outer layer, and a puncture-proof layer for protecting the wearer from puncture wounds while searching for metallic objects.

In another embodiment, the hand wear retention system has two anchors releasably mounted within the sleeves, each having a separate cord attached thereto, wherein the end of the cord has a cord lock which projects from the sleeve, wherein the cord lock has a fastener for engaging hand wear.

The tube assembly has a first end that connects to a mouthpiece, and a second end connects to various types of devices. The body-top garment has an elongated pouch with a zipper opening for easy access to the tube assembly. The elongated pouch has a first opening and a second opening to pass at least part of the tube assembly outside the body-top garment. Optionally, the body-top garment has pocket with a horizontal opening to hold the various type of devices.

The combination of odor-controlling materials is configured to adsorb and neutralize a percentage of odors that engage the layer.

A locking mechanism is operably connected to the heel portions and controls the height and position of the heel portions. The locking mechanism can receive a key that allows a user to control the position of the heel portions. In one use, the turning of the key in a first direction causes a cylinder to rotate, which allows the heel portions to freely move into the extended position. The key can be turned in the opposing direction to secure the heel portion in the extended position.

The zipper tab and zipper body contain magnetic elements by way of having magnets affixed to or located inside of them, or are themselves made from magnetic materials.

Abstract: A combination cane and reaching device within the cane body having a longitudinal axis and terminating in a pair of grabber ends which are concealed by a stopper at a distal end of the cane. The grabber ends are exposed when the rubber bottom of the cane is removed. The grabber ends are actuated when the cane handle at the proximal end is gripped and squeezed. The combination cane and reaching device is capable of being collapsed by folding the cane body back upon itself. This feature allows the cane to be stored in an unobtrusive manner. The combination cane and reaching device also contains a flashlight in the handle.

The sleeping bag includes (1) an elongated flexible bag; (2) a flexible pouch attached to the bag at or near the bag's lower end; (3) left and right shoulder straps, each having a lower section attached to the bag at the bag's lower end and an upper section attached to the bag at a location spaced from the bag's lower end; and (4) a side attachment assembly for releasably attaching the left side edge of the bag to the right side of the bag, adjacent to the pouch.
