One or more physical objects can be stored and held within the interior volume via an interior volume of the storage unit operatively coupled to the shopping cart. The temperature of the interior volume of the storage unit can be controlled via a temperature controlling device operatively coupled to the storage unit. Sensors disposed within the interior volume of the storage unit can detect a the temperature of the interior volume. The sensors can encode the temperature into electrical signals and transmit the electrical signals from the plurality of sensors to a computing system. The computing system can determine whether the temperature is within a specified threshold and control the temperature-controlling device to adjust the first temperature to a third temperature.

The chair mechanism has a recline or lift-recline base, a seat and a back connected thereto. For additional functionality, a cradle assembly is provided in order to provide a cradling movement to the recline or lift-recline base. The cradle assembly can be provided by a system of standoffs and pivot connections, which can be direct or use links, or can be configured with a track and roller or slide system in order to achieve a desired cradling movement. A cradle actuator is connected between the cradle base and the recline or lift-recline base. A controller is provided that controls movement of the cradle actuator and preferably at least one recline or lift-recline actuator.

Abstract: An upright sleep system includes a base pillow and a top pillow. The base pillow includes a tapered shape, including a top edge having a top edge thickness and a bottom edge having a bottom edge thickness less than the top edge thickness. A user may rest his or her head against the top pillow or base during use, and the base pillow supports both the top pillow and the user's torso and arms. By utilizing the upright sleep system the users head, neck, chin, torso and arms can be supported. The base pillow and tether provide a stable support for the top pillow to prevent the top pillow from becoming dislodged while the user rests.
