More specifically, machine learning algorithms are eschewed in favor of two separate models that are applied sequentially. The first model is directed to improving the detection rate of electricity fraud through the use of detectors to identify customers engaging in suspicious behavior based on the demand profiles of those customers. Abstract: A method and associated systems for using direct sums and invariance groups to optimize the testing of partially symmetric quantum-logic circuits is disclosed. A test system receives information that describes the architecture of a quantum-logic circuit to be tested. The system uses this information to organize the circuit's inputs into two or more mutually exclusive subsets of inputs. The system computes a direct sum of a set of groups associated with the subsets in order to generate an invariance group that contains one or more invariant permutations of the circuit's inputs. These invariant permutations can be used to reduce the number of tests required to fully verify the circuit for all possible input vectors. Once one specific input vector has been verified, there is no need to test other vectors that can be generated by performing any one of the invariant permutations upon the previously verified vector.

Abstract: An address and command port interface selectively enables JTAG TAP domain operations and Trace domain operations within an IC. The port carries TMS and TDI input and TDO output on a single pin and receives a clock signal on a separate pin. The addressable two pin interface loads and updates instructions and data to the TAP domain within the IC. The instruction or data update operations in multiple ICs occur simultaneously. A process transmits data from an addressed target device to a controller using data frames, each data frame comprising a header bit and data bits. The logic level of the header bit is used to start, continue, and stop the data transmission to the controller. A data and clock signal interface between a controller and multiple target devices provides for each target device to be individually addressed and commanded to perform a JTAG or Trace operation.

Abstract: An indication of an operating mode of an asynchronous circuit may be received. A determination may be made as to whether the operating mode of the asynchronous circuit corresponds to a self-test of the asynchronous circuit. In response to determining that the operating mode of the asynchronous circuit corresponds to the self-test, a first clock signal may be provided to a first portion of a self-test component in a feedback path of the asynchronous circuit and a second clock signal may be provided to a second portion of the self-test component in the feedback path of the asynchronous circuit. Furthermore, a test value may be generated based on the first clock signal and the second clock signal.

Abstract: A magnetic field measuring method using a magnetoelectric composite element as an oscillator, in which a time-dependent measurement magnetic field acts on the magnetostrictive phase of the composite element, and an electrical measurement voltage is tapped off across the piezoelectric phase of the composite element and is used to infer the measurement magnetic field. At least one dielectric phase is connected to the magnetostrictive phase of the composite element by a material bond. When an electrical voltage is applied, the dielectric phase exhibits a change in length, the magnitude of which depends in a non-linear manner on the magnitude of the voltage, and a temporally periodic electrical modulation voltage is applied to the dielectric phase.
