Abstract: A hybrid drive arrangement including combustion engine (7), an electric machine (6) and a transmission with input shafts (4, 5) and an output shaft. The drive arrangement has a planetary gearset (PG) with a first element that can be rotationally engaged with shaft (4), and a second element that can be fixed to the housing or machine (6). Shift element (K) couples a third element of gearset (PG) to the housing or to rotationally engage with machine (6). Shift element (J) couples the third element of gearset (PG) with engine (7). Shift elements (C, D) respectively couple the shafts (4, 5) with engine (7) and form a double shift element (S1), whose actuator (10) extends through a section (11) of a drive shaft (12) of the engine (7), which encompasses, on the outside, shift element (S1). Section (11) of shaft (12) of engine (7) extends to shift element (J).

A retainer is positioned to urge a surface of the slider against a surface of the guide, thereby maintaining friction between the surface of the slider and the surface of the guide. Additionally, the adjustable headrest includes a bracket that is fixable relative to the head support or fixed relative to the seat. The bracket has a mounting section positioned for fixation relative to the head support or for fixation to the seat and a guide receiving portion receiving the guide. The slider and the bracket are separate components and are formed from the same material or different materials.

Abstract: A load binder with an enclosed ratchet mechanism and a removable handle consists of an elongated tubular portion, a handle, a ratcheting mechanism, a first threaded shaft, and a second threaded shaft. The first threaded shaft and the second threaded shaft are rotatably engaged to a tubular body of the elongated tubular portion. However, the first threaded shaft and the second threaded shaft do not detach from the tubular body. The tension on a chain that is attached at the first threaded shaft and the second threaded shaft can be adjusted by rotating the tubular body. The ratcheting mechanism is used to control the tubular body about the first threaded shaft and the second threaded shaft. To be protected from dirt and the like, the ratcheting mechanism is enclosed. The handle, which is removable, is used to control the ratcheting mechanism.
