Abstract: With the binder produced according to the invention, a number of coating products can be produced which adhere to plastics directly and without any chemical or physical pretreatment. Base coats, high-gloss lacquers, metallic lacquers, clear lacquers and effect lacquers can be produced which can be applied directly on plastics; this is an absolute novelty because pretreatment is no longer required. With the binder according to the invention it is also possible to formulate adhesives which guarantee very good bonding between plastics themselves and also paperboard packaging. The invention relates to the binder as well as base coats based on them, one-coat lacquers and adhesives.

Abstract: A novel copolyester hot-melt adhesive and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The preparation method mainly includes the following steps: selecting raw materials according to preset ratios, wherein the raw materials include: bisphenol A, maleic acid, terephthalic acid, another dibasic acid, 1,4-butanediol, another dibasic alcohol, catalysts and a stabilizer; producing a prepolymer under negative pressure in a low-temperature section, completing an esterification process under normal pressure in the low-temperature section, and completing a polycondensation step under negative pressure in a high-temperature section, thereby finally preparing the novel copolyester hot-melt adhesive product.

Abstract: Solvent-free polyurethane hot melt adhesives which can be obtained by reacting a composition including a polyether polyol, a polyester polyol, at least one poly(meth)acrylate, and one or more fillers, selected from kaolin, fumed silica, soot, and wollastonite, with a polyisocyanate. In comparison to similar adhesives without a filler content, the adhesives are characterized by significantly improved heat resistance properties while the remaining properties are comparable. Furthermore, in some cases, improved mechanical properties, such as an improved tear strength, could be observed by adding the fillers. The aforementioned hot melt adhesive compositions are therefore suitable in particular for applications in automotive construction, in the textile industry, and in the packaging industry, and in particular for adhering sandwich panels.

Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composition for improving the physical properties of a TPU high-frequency adhesive sheet to be attached to shoe uppers and, preferably, to improve a TPU high-frequency adhesive sheet that is problematic in that a high-frequency cutting operation is difficult due to the high physical properties and toughness of TPU itself, and when the physical properties are lowered in order to solve such a problem, heat resistance is also lowered therewith and thus deformation may occur in the TPU sheet during the post-processing thereof.
