The tab is operative to secure onto the knot via tucking behind the knot such that the body at least partially overlays the knot frontally and extends from the tab helically around the elongated portion at least once and the second end portion is visible below the knot frontally.

Abstract: A bottom garment for providing comfort to the wearer. The bottom garment may include a front panel and a back panel, both the front panel and the back panel formed of a high weft-stretch fabric. The bottom garment may also include a garment lining formed of a higher weft-stretch fabric, low weight fabric attached on the inside of the panels inside of the garment, above a crotch point of the bottom garment. The stretch in the weft direction of the garment lining is greater than a stretch in the weft direction of the front panel and the back panel. The stretch in the warp direction of the garment lining is less than the stretch in the weft direction of the garment lining. The bottom garment may further include an elastic support band for maintaining the position of the garment when the garment is worn.

Abstract: A system and method which allows for a pre-constructed article of clothing to having printing on substantially all of its external surface area. Specifically, an image may be simultaneously printed across multiple components of a clothing article. The method generally provides for transfer of a digital image, such as a digital photograph, to be applied to an article of clothing in a manner that prints an entire two-dimensional surface of the clothing with a coherent image, that maintains coherency when the article of clothing is worn. There is also provided an article of clothing produced using the systems and methods.

Abstract: A helmet slide assembly is attached to a helmet and functioning to enable a tilting of a visor relative to the helmet. The helmet assembly includes a base plate that is attached to a sidewall of the helmet and a slide plate disposed substantially in a parallel arrangement relative to the base plate and secured to a sidewall of the visor. The slide plate has an elongated slot for receiving a pivot member. The assembly also includes a pivot plate having locked and unlocked positions. The pivot member is secured at one end thereof to the pivot plate and the slide plate is constructed and arranged for a sliding motion once the pivot plate is unlocked.

Abstract: The invention relates to a system for the design of patient-specific orthotics, and particularly approaches the design of patient-specific orthotics upon an assessment of the patient's gait cycle. This enables the practitioner to precisely prescribe a kinetic orthotic that will optimize the way in which force is transferred during that patient's gait cycle.

Another outer ring is hingedly connected to the first outer ring, and removably connected to the outer halo such that the halo can sit flush with a top side of the outer rings.

A single side prong is placed on each of the exposed sides of each stone at the mid-point of the girdle of the side stone to form the setting. Each of the shared prongs are either open or closed to increase visibility of the stone to the wearer or user. Each of the shared prongs extend from the bottom basket to the girdle of the stone to form a closed shared prong. The diameter and length of the cylindrical cavity to receive and hold the bayonet-style end connector on a camera lens. Formed on the inside surface of the cylindrical body are lugs configured to engage the bayonet-style end connector on the lens. Formed on the outside surface of the cylindrical body are two or more projecting wings. Attached to the bottom surface of the planar body is a hook connector pad configured to connect to the inside surface of a camera bag made of cotton, nylon or felt material. The chamfered inside edge on the cylindrical body allows easy insertion of the bayonet-style end connector on the lens without precisely aligning the lens over the top opening.

Abstract: A mechanical hair puller has a plunger, a housing and a spring. The housing has a spring receiving portion, a finger rest and a stopper. The plunger has a plunger rest and a plunger stop. The spring has a spring tab at a top end of the spring. A bottom portion of the spring is screwed into the spring receiving portion of the housing. A portion of the plunger slides within the housing over a limited range of movement between a first and second end positions. The plunger pushes the spring tab to extend the spring so as to create multiple openings between turns (windings) of the spring. Unwanted hairs enter the multiple openings. The unwanted hairs are captured by the multiple openings. Then, the plunger is released. The spring retracts and grabs the unwanted hairs. Then, move the spring with sufficient friction to pull out the unwanted hairs.

More specifically, a dual end container with a compact, integrated mechanism for selectively extending and retracting a first product or applicator without movement of a second product or applicator is disclosed. The dual end container includes a first cup, a second cup, which is at least partially housed within the first cup, and a driving member between the first cup and the second cup. The first cup has a first male thread, the second cup has a second male thread and the driving member has a first and second female thread. The first male thread interacts with the first female thread to extend and retract the first cup. The second male thread interacts with the second female thread to extend and retract the second cup.

Abstract: An external or internal artwork tube pocket that allows a child to carry artwork on a backpack or other carrying accessory without damage. The invention typically includes a tubular pocket that is open on the top and closed on the bottom. This tube can hold rolled-up sheets of artwork or other paper or thin cardboard. The tube is adapted to be attached to the backpack or accessory. The tube can have a fixed or removable bottom and an optional removable top. A preferred embodiment includes a substantially cylindrical artwork pocket attached vertically to the side of the backpack.

This present disclosed example can effectively prevent article placing on the carrying structure from falling and prevent the electrical adjustable apparatus or the obstacle from being damaged by continual stretching/shortening after collision.

The bed covering may include a rigid rod or pole traversing the width of the comforter along its head end. The comforter may also be attached to mattress pockets that fit over the corners of a mattress in order to better align the comforter.

Abstract: The invention is a blanket for allowing multiple users different coverage from the same blanket. A slit extends from the top of the blanket toward the blanket's bottom and along at least a substantial portion of the blanket's length. The slit is situated inwardly from the sides of the blanket, defining blanket sections separated by the slit. At least one fastener provided on one or both sides of the slit allows the blanket sections on opposing sides of the slit to be removably attached together at desired locations. By detaching the blanket sections, one user may raise or lower their blanket section as they wish without requiring another user to do the same.

The displacer may be disposed through an open top of the vessel into a cylindrical interior volume defined by an interior surface of the vessel. An outer rim of the displacer may form a movable seal with the interior surface of the vessel so that the displacer may move within the vessel parallel to the interior surface and below the open top. The displacer may include an aperture at an apex of the conical displacer, which allows air to escape from the interior volume as the displacer decreases the volume of the interior volume. Abstract: A device for extracting zest from a fruit includes a body, a carrier coupled to the body, and a blade coupled to the body. The carrier moves the fruit relative to the blade and holds the fruit as the blade separates a portion of the flavedo from the pith of the fruit's peel to extract zest from the fruit. The device also includes an arm that urges the blade against the fruit's peel to generate contact pressure as the carrier moves the fruit relative to the blade, and that allows the blade to move toward and away from the carrier to accommodate the contour of the fruit's peel, which is often curved. The blade includes a plurality of teeth, each configured to cut a portion of the fruit's flavedo from the fruit's pith without separating the pith from the berry.

Abstract: Disclosed is a cooking device with optical identification means for identifying food to be cooked. A motion detector is provided to activate the optical identification means. The motion detector may also activate a light source for lighting the field of vision of the optical means. Optical identification is controlled by the outer appearance of the food. A controller accesses a physical feature database and compares previously stored picture data to the physical features of the food to be cooked. The controller calculates a matching probability rank between the stored picture data and the food to be cooked. The controller is also programmed to have a learning ability for recognizing a previously unknown food product. Based upon the identification of the food product to be cooked, the cooking device starts the recipe for cooking the food product.
