Abstract: This invention is a new and distinct sweet cherry tree denominated ‘IFG Cher-three’. The new sweet cherry tree is characterized by producing medium sized dark red fruits having reniform shape. Fruits ripen early about Apr. 23, 2014 in Delano Calif. The ‘IFG Cher-three’ has very firm, medium acid fruit with a good cherry flavor. Fruits are tolerant of rain induced cracking and high temperature induced double fruit. The tree has a medium low chilling requirement of approximately 300 to 400 hours.

The input signal is represented for first and second bands by first and second resolution data, respectively, the second resolution being lower than the first. A spectral density of the second patch generated using the second patching algorithm is higher than a spectral density of a first patch generated using the first patching algorithm. The combiner combines both patches and the first band of the input signal to obtain the bandwidth extended signal. The apparatus scales the input signal according to the first and second patching algorithms or scales the first and second patches, so that the bandwidth extended signal fulfills a spectral envelope criterion.

The circular coulter blade is configured with a plurality of inserts oriented normal to the rotational movement of the blade as the blade cuts the soil. Each insert is shaped to aerate a specific type of soil anticipated by an operator. The inserts are positioned on the blade for desired impact with the soil and angled in placement on the blade to maintain the desired effect on the soil.
