Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a new and improved hands-free mounting apparatus that has at least three rotational degrees of freedom. The apparatus includes a waist belt worn by a user and utilizes a cable and first and second cable housings. Tubular arm segments are positioned between the first and second cable housing assembly. A pivot lock arm allows the user to adjust the position of various components and lock those components and attached device in a fixed position. Other embodiments provide another two rotational degrees of freedom.

With this constitution, it is possible to prevent the seat plate from being detached from the seat-receiving member while ensuring that, when an user is seated, the sides of the buttocks of the user are reliably held, and thus improve the seating stability of a seat body.

Abstract: An adjustable, dismountable arm-rest designed to maintain the precision and stability of an arm while holding objects such as binoculars and photographic and video cameras. The device itself consists of two horizontal rails and two vertical posts that create a frame wherein the horizontal rails exhibits holes running the length of each rail that are made to accept the vertical posts at a point, equally numbered, selected and desired by the user on both top and bottom horizontal rails where the upper distance between the vertical posts is greater than the lower distance. The device itself is secured by running a belt thorough centrally deposed slots in the horizontal rails which are designed to be pulled taut to secure the device from disassembly. The lower horizontal rail is made to communicate with the user's thigh and the upper horizontal rail is designed to receive the user's arm.

In one embodiment, one or more seat cushions can be attached to or disposed on the seat. Optionally, foldable and/or extendable legs can be provided so that the saddle seat can be disposed a distance above a supporting surface.

The U-shaped addition cushion is positioned upon the L-shaped addition base and a portion of the base seating area which could be occupied by a seat seating space. Thus, the addition cushion completely covers the addition base and the empty seating space or portion of the seating area directly adjacent the armrest which is surrounded by the addition cushion on three sides.

A lever is set to lock the outer and inner collar portions to one another, and pulled to release the collar portions. The bracket assembly further has clamps that engage the shield panel at or near each of the front and rear panel edges.

Abstract: Disclosed is a space saving, heat-damage reducing, mess-avoiding hanging apparatus for cookware or bakeware closures and related methods. In use, the apparatus may be (a) contained within cookware/bakeware while the closure or lid is closing the cookware/bakeware or (b) used to hang the closure or lid on to the bakeware/cookware in a handle-out orientation via laying the hook of the apparatus over a lip or edge of the cookware or bakeware.
