The embodiment may further include determining an exposure of an individual to a promotion within the one or more current promotions based on the received plurality of audio data and the received plurality of promotional data. The embodiment may also include identifying the individual exposed to the promotion using the received plurality of audio data. The embodiment may further include calculating a dwell time for the identified individual. The embodiment may also include determining the calculated dwell time satisfies a dwell time threshold. The embodiment may further include recording the exposure to a data repository.

Abstract: In some implementations, a computing device may determine, from multiple data sources, multiple event timelines, with each event timeline associated with a customer. Each event in an event timeline represents an interaction between the customer and a vendor of goods and/or services. For N (N>1) marketing campaigns, N augmented timelines may be created for each timeline by augmenting each event timeline with the individual marketing campaigns. Thus, for M (M>1) customers, M×N augmented event timelines may be created. A trained machine learning model may perform an analysis of each augmented event timeline to predict results of executing each marketing campaign. The results may include total predicted revenue and total predicted cost resulting from executing each marketing campaign. A particular marketing campaign from the N marketing campaigns may be selected and execution of one or more marketing events may be initiated.

The online system captures information identifying users to whom the content items were presented and identifies actions performed by the users presented with the content items after being presented with the content items. After presenting content items from the publishing user, the online system identifies characteristics of users to whom the content items were presented and determines performance metrics describing presentation of the content items to users having different characteristics or combinations of characteristics. The performance metrics are presented to the publishing user and grouped based on various characteristics of users to whom the content items were presented, allowing the publishing user to evaluate performance of presentation of content items to users having different characteristics.

Abstract: An online system determines a metric indicating whether presenting a content item to various users increased a likelihood of other users performing a specific action associated with the content item. To determine the metric, the online system identifies a control set of users who are not presented with the content item and determines measures of affinity for users of the control set with other users of the control set and for users to whom the content item was presented. Based on measures of affinity for users of the control set and for users who were presented with the content item, the online system identifies segments of users of the control set having different measures of affinity for users of the control set and for users presented with the content item. The online system determines the metric bases on occurrences of the specific action by users in different segments.

Abstract: A system and method for providing a group recommendation is disclosed. First a group having at least one member is defined. A group profile having at least one activity and a set of conditions for the activity are created. Based on the set of conditions a corresponding set of trigger events are identified. A number of electronic data sources are monitored for information related to set of conditions. The monitored set of conditions are compared against the set of trigger events. If the threshold between the set of conditions and the set of trigger events is met, then an alert is generated that is presented to the members of the group.

Abstract: A system and method for presenting offers to a group of users is disclosed. An initial profile is created for at least one user and is further enhanced for the user. This is used to build a user profile for the user. A trigger event including a set of profile characteristics is identified. Based on the trigger event a group of users is generated from users in the profile store who have profiles that match the trigger event. An offer is generated for the group of users based upon the trigger event and then presented to the members of the group for them to act upon.

Abstract: A multi-view (MV) advertising system includes an MV display including one or more MV pixels, each configured to emit beamlets in different directions in a beamlet coordinate system. The MV advertising system receives, via an input node, a first attribute of a first viewer or of a first viewing zone and, optionally, a second attribute of a second viewer or of a second viewing zone. The MV advertising system controller defines the first and second viewing zones relative to the MV display in a viewing zone coordinate system, determines a mapping that translates between the viewing zone coordinate system and the beamlet coordinate system, associates first and second targeted advertising contents with the first and second viewing zones based at least on the first and second attributes, and controls the MV display to project first and second images generated from the first and second targeted advertising contents to the first and second viewers at the first and second viewing zones, respectively.

A facilitator entity guarantees that a consumer of the second media is a known consumer of the first media. Accordingly, the second media entity presents an out of context information placement. For example, an Internet site “AAA” is oversubscribed with potential paying advertising content at $100 CPM. This site offers advertisers an option to present their advertisements to certified “AAA” viewers, albeit on a non-AAA Internet site, for $50 CPM. The facilitator locates certified AAA viewers at Internet site “BBB” that normally charges $30 CPM. Contracts between AAA, BBB, and the facilitator divide a new revenue stream of $20 CPM among them.

Further, the processor is configured to generate an offline clickstream for each of the one or more customers using the unique customer identity signature as the respective customer moves across the retail store. Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for presenting recommendations for suggested activities. One example method includes receiving a first signal from a device that includes a current context of the device that includes location information for the device. The device is associated with a particular profile. A preferred language associated with the device is determined from the profile. The profile is analyzed to determine a contextual activity preference associated with the device. A repository of establishment information is searched to identify an activity that matches the current context associated with the device and the contextual activity preference. An activity description of the identified activity is translated from a foreign language to the preferred language to create a translated activity description. A second signal is transmitted to the device that includes the translated activity description for presentation at the device.

Abstract: A set of computing methods and systems are provided that allow geographically distributed stylists to review and recommend “looks” for geographically distributed users, and that allow for asynchronous access by both the stylist and the user. Using “looks” instead of individual products allows the system to build an understanding of what products complement each other when worn together. Analytical insights of trends, style recommendations, customer behavior, and other internal data can be made available to stylists in order to help stylists more efficiently provide recommendations to multiple customers. Further, embodiments of the present disclosure may allow recommendations to be based around a look, but do not require that recommended products be depicted in an image associated with the look. In this way, greater flexibility can be achieved than if only products depicted in the look image were recommended.
