Abstract: A device that is an accessory for or a component of games, such as tabletop games, board games, card games and the like includes an actuator, a microprocessor and a power source, and one or more of a timer, sound sensor, light emitter, sound emitter, orientation sensor, motion sensor, optical sensor, communicator, charger and randomizer. The device is programmed through sound transmitted from an external source, such as a computer. The device responds to sounds such as voice commands, hand claps, or other types of sound by a series of programmed behaviors that include rolling, jumping, bouncing and/or displaying one or more lights. When embodied as a die or other sided object, the actuator is mounted at an angle with respect to the device sides. Alternate embodiments could be configured in the shape of a character, such as an animal, person, design of a fictional character or the like.

Abstract: A linked sequence of mechanically encoded puzzle pages is disclosed. Each page is comprised of multiple planar layers interconnected to implement the puzzle design of the page. The puzzle of each page must be solved to disengage a latching mechanism enabling the player to turn the page and begin solving the puzzle in the next page. Similarly for the next page, and each succeeding page until the last page, solution to the puzzle by the player will disengage a latching mechanism. The latching mechanism holds the active page being solved by the player to the next page.

Abstract: A modular assembly system is described which enables interaction with an interactive software experience such as a game. The system enables a coherent physical whole object to be assembled from a core module and one or more peripheral modules. The core module includes a battery, processor and a wireless module which is able to communicate with the interactive software experience which runs on a separate computing device such as a smartphone, tablet or games console. Each of the peripheral modules stores a module ID and these IDs are collected by the core module and communicated to the interactive software experience. The user experience within the interactive software experience changes dependent upon the set of modules which are connected to form the coherent physical whole object and may also be altered as a result of manipulation of the coherent physical whole object or individual modules.

The method can further include receiving signals containing data representing the controller commands from the mobile station over the communication link and determining a sequence of events of the virtual world based on the received controller commands. In one aspect, the controller application can execute in the context of an application on the mobile station.

The server determines whether the raw game data satisfies at least one predefined criterion in a plurality of predefined rules. The pressurized low-helium retentate is used to displace helium-rich gas from an adsorber that is to be regenerated into an already regenerated adsorber.
