Abstract: A collapsible storage unit includes a base, a roof, first and second side walls, and first and second end panels. Each side wall includes an upper side wall section hinged to a side edge of the roof and a lower side wall section hinged to a side edge of the base, wherein the upper side wall section is also hinged to the lower side wall section so that each side wall can be articulated between an extended condition and an inwardly collapsed condition. Each end panel is hinged to an end of the base and can be articulated between a collapsed condition against the base and an extended condition securable to an end of the side walls. At least one of the end panels includes a door. Multiple collapsible storage units may be transported on a single flatbed surface in a collapsed condition and upright orientation.

Abstract: The present invention includes a system for quickly and simply manufacturing semi-custom cabinetry utilizing a hidden pin joining system. The hidden pin joining system allows panels of the cabinet to quickly and securely join together, with significant load bearing ability. The different joining pin designs allow for different ways of discretely joining pieces together to create custom cabinetry during installation. The specially designed drill bits allow the system to work seamlessly. Using CAD/CAM machinery, the drill bits can cut stock pieces that can be taken to installation sites, and formed into custom cabinetry for kitchen, closets, or any other desired shelving units.

Abstract: A wall mount system for mounting a plurality of monitors on a wall. The system has a plurality of wall mount assemblies, a plurality of monitor interfaces adapted to receive an electronic display respectively, and a depth adjustment feature operably coupling each monitor interface to one of the wall mount assemblies and enabling the monitors to be positioned and adjusted to account for recesses or raised portions of the wall and present a continuous, planar monitor display surface.

Abstract: A secure storage device contains multiple compartments under a table top. The table top may move laterally to allow authorized users to access storage areas. A drawer in the device may also be accessed by an authorized user. The movement of the table top and drawer is directed by a central computer in communication with a biometric sensor located on the device. The central computer may be programmed to allow different types of access to the device based upon fingerprints or other biometric information from a user.

Abstract: The specification discloses a method for containing spills on shelving and the like, and the resulting support members made in accordance with the method, by providing the generally flat top surface of a support with a hydrophobic surface which is arranged in a spill containment pattern and which is generally in the plane of the top surface of the support. The majority of the top surface of the support consists of one or more spill containment areas which are of a non-hydrophobic nature and which are bounded by the hydrophobic surfaces, such that spills on the shelving collect in the non-hydrophobic spill containment area or areas and are prevented from spreading by the hydrophobic surfaces.

When the seat is moved to a seated position and when the rear legs are moved to a stretch-out position, the seat has a bottom edge seated on the top end of the rear legs and defines a straight line aligned with a middle line of the top end of the rear leg. An integrally formed strengthening structure extends across a bottom side of the seat so that gravity center of the seat is concentrated on the top ends of the rear legs, thereby strengthening the supporting ability of the rear legs relative to the seat so that even sitting of an overweight person on the seat does not deform and damage the seat and the rear legs.

In a first orientation, with the actuator shaft extending toward the upper end of the back frame, a headrest back insert is couple-able to and between the back brackets, such that extension and retraction of the actuator shaft rotates the headrest back insert. In a second orientation, with the actuator shaft extending toward the lower end of the back frame, a lumbar push bar is couple-able to and between the back brackets, such that extension and retraction of the actuator shaft rotates the lumbar push bar.

A first waste bag support is provided on the bottom of the seat body and a second waste bag support is provided on the top of the moveable bottom portion.

Abstract: A system for constructing and shipping full-sized (or larger) RTA articles of furniture in a smaller volume, resulting in more efficient and dense packing of multiple articles on standard international cube shipping containers. Each full-sized or larger RTA article of furniture is constructed so that it in a partially assembled state it can be arranged and packed in a shipping box or container of 26.5 inches or less in height and 30.6 inches or less in width. Lengths may vary, but common lengths are 45 inches, 66 inches, and 90 inches. The system thus results in a substantial increase (approximately 33%) in the number of articles of furniture that can be shipped in a single standard international cube shipping container, thereby greatly reducing the shipping cost per article of furniture.

The pre-conditioned three dimensionally polymeric fiber matrix layer generally includes an extruded three dimensional polymeric fibrous layer and a foam material, e.g., polyurethane, latex or the like, disposed within the fibrous layer and occupying at least a portion of the free volume in the layer, wherein a portion of the coupling points and the randomly oriented polymer fibers are broken so as to change a mechanical property of the pre-conditioned three dimensionally polymeric fiber matrix layer relative to the three dimensionally polymeric fiber matrix layer without pre-conditioning.

Abstract: A three dimensional polymeric fiber matrix layer including a phase change material coated thereon for use in a bedding product such as a mattress is disclosed. The phase change material is selected to provide improved cooling properties, which along with the free volume provided by the three dimensional polymeric fiber matrix markedly improves temperature management when used in a bedding product.

Abstract: A foam core mattress including a cushion layer having a foam with an IFD of between about 6 to about 18 and a density of between about 1.5 lb./ft3 to about 4 lb./ft3. The mattress includes a core that is coupled with a bottom surface of the cushion layer. The core includes a matrix of rebond foam pieces that includes at least 5% foam pieces having volumes of less than about 0.5 in3, at least 40% foam pieces having volumes of between about 0.5 and 2.0 in3, and at least 20% foam pieces having volumes of greater than 2.0 in3, wherein the core has an IFD of between about 21 and 36. The mattress includes a base layer coupled with a bottom surface of the core. The base layer has an IFD of between about 28 to about 70 and a density of between 1.5 lb.

The bassinet frame is vertically movable between a first position and a second position relative to the main frame. When the bassinet frame is located at the first position, a supporting surface of the bassinet frame is located in close proximity to a top surface of the main frame, so that the bassinet provides an unhindered view of a child in the bassinet frame. The bassinet can be used as a normal bassinet when the bassinet frame is located at the second position. The main frame and the bassinet frame can be used as a standard play yard and a stand-alone bassinet when the bassinet frame is detached from the main frame. Therefore, the bassinet of the present invention has multiple purposes.

Abstract: A seat cushion-foldable baby carrier is disclosed. A seat cushion includes a hipseat detachably mounted on a carrier body. A supporting portion and a bearing portion of the hipseat are connected by rotating a switch button to form a foldable body sheathed in a bushing. A connecting shaft included in each of a left switch button and a right switch button is fixed on a side portion of the supporting portion after sequentially running through a bearing connection base, a switch control lock, and a spring. One end of the switch control lock is movable in a left/right direction to be inserted into the side portion of the supporting portion, and the other end is provided with at least two limiting grooves. The spring presses against the side portion of the switch control lock and the side portion of the supporting portion. The bearing connection base is connected to the bearing portion, and is protrudingly provided with an engaging bump corresponding to the limiting groove of the switch control lock.

The beverage material and sweetener are brewed and dissolved during steeping in hot water to produce a sweetened beverage solution. The beverage solution, if concentrated, is then mixed with a proportioned amount of diluting liquid to make a consistently sweet beverage. This beverage brewing product may be used to produce a variety of consistently sweetened beverages, including tea, coffee, lemonade, and other sweetened beverages.
