Abstract: A sealing system for sealing a joint of a structure, including a first section having an inner wall, an outer wall and a contact surface extending therebetween, a second section having an inner surface, an outer surface and a contact extending therebetween, the contact surfaces of the first and second sections being in contact with each other, thereby forming a joint. A void is defined by a portion of the contact surface of the first section and a portion of the contact surface of the second section, a port extends from one of the inner surface and the outer surface of the first section to the annular void, and liquid grout disposed in the void and the port.

Abstract: A manhole cover assembly comprises a base frame, the base frame comprising a base body and a base flange extending laterally outward from the base body. The assembly further comprises a top frame, the top frame comprising a top body disposed annularly about at least a portion of the base body, a top flange extending laterally outward from the top body, and a lip extending laterally inward from the top body.

Abstract: A leveling apparatus many be used for building new construction or for releveling an existing structure. A user may place a leveling apparatus between a pier and a beam of a pier and beam foundation. The leveling apparatus may include a bottom plate that rests on the pier and a top plate that supports the beam. The bottom plate and the top plate may be separated by threaded rods. The leveling apparatus may be sufficiently small that it may fit between the pier and beam in situations where space may be limited. The user may rotate one or more nut fasteners to adjust the height between the bottom plate and the top plate. Adjusting the separation between the plates can result in leveling of a floor by adjusting the spacing between a beam and the ground.

Abstract: A tractor attachment mountable on a loader boom of a tractor and a tractor attachment kit. In one embodiment, the tractor attachment is a grapple assembly, and the grapple assembly kit includes a mounting assembly, a plurality of clamping units, and a plurality of support units. The clamping units and the support units are removably mountable on the mounting assembly and may be arranged in different combinations on the mounting assembly. Such combinations may range from a single clamping unit mounted on the mounting assembly to a mixture of clamping units and support units mounted on the mounting assembly to several clamping units mounted on the mounting assembly. The clamping units may have alternative pivot points to permit jaws of the clamping unit to close at different speeds and with different forces. One or more fangs may be removably mounted on a clamping unit to enhance its grip.

Abstract: A shovel includes a swing hydraulic motor configured to swing a rotating structure, a swing drive hydraulic circuit configured to drive the swing hydraulic motor, an assist hydraulic motor connected to an engine and configured to be supplied with hydraulic oil discharged from the swing drive hydraulic circuit, and a controller configured to control the driving of the shovel. The controller is configured to detect the load condition of the engine, and control the supply of the hydraulic oil to the assist hydraulic motor at the time of deceleration of the swing hydraulic motor, based on the detected load condition.

Abstract: A guidance system and method for guiding excavation at an excavation site utilizes an excavating machine and an in-pit crusher and conveyer (IPCC) having a first hopper and a second hopper for receiving material. The guidance system can receive first hopper data associated with the first hopper and second hopper data associated with the second hopper and can process the first hopper data and second hopper data to determine a selected hopper for dispensing material. In an aspect, the guidance system can generate a guidance indication to display to the operator of the excavating machine that indicates the selected hopper.

The urinal body includes a bowl water inlet which is provided on an upper portion of the urinal body. The first water outlet and the second water outlet of the electrolysis module are connected to the bowl water inlet of the urinal body. The acidic electrolytic water and the alkaline electrolytic water produced by the electrolysis module are sprayed on an inner wall of the urinal body alternately or simultaneously through the bowl water inlet so as to perform washing from top to bottom.

The eccentric cam lever selectively locks the rotatable arm at a desired angle to align the second stud with the first stud.

The posts are horizontally and vertically adjustably fastenable to the shelf members. The shelf members are thereby also horizontally and vertically adjustable relative to the floor slabs. Terminal edges of the floor slabs can project into mullion cutouts.

Abstract: This assembly solves the problem of hanging heavy implements from a drop ceiling by bypassing its load-bearing capacity. Separate from the drop ceiling track and hangar wires, the user installs an anchor into the structural ceiling, places a rod in the anchor, and attaches to the other end of the rod a track piece formed to fit around the ceiling track. The track piece has two prongs, each with a hole for a screw on the bottom, with the ceiling track passing through the space between the prongs. The user screws a plate or a track for ceiling lights to the bottom of each prong, then attaches the desired hanging implement to the plate or lighting track.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to using polyester films on building boards to enable improved surface coatings. The polyester film is preferably applied to a glass mat via an adhesive to form a laminate. This laminate is then bonded to the exterior surface of a gypsum board. The polyester film is advantageous because it allows for exterior surface coatings to be applied. In one embodiment, an exterior acrylic coating is applied to the polyester film. Boards constructed in accordance with this disclosure allow for exterior finishings to be achieved without the need for excessive finishing materials or steps.

Adjacent panels are joined by the cooperation of a projection and groove along an edge of one panel with a projection and groove along an edge of an adjacent panel. By virtue of the elasticity of the base panel and the protective sheet, the floor panel can closely contact an underlying floor, accommodate uneveness in the underlying floor, and conduct heat from the underlying floor.
