Abstract: A new garden rose plant of the Ground Cover class which has abundant, red flowers and attractive foliage. This new and distinct variety has shown to be uniform and stable in the resulting generations from asexual propagation.
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of blueberry plant named ‘BB06-50FL-1’ as described and shown herein. ‘BB06-50FL-1’ is a new and distinct low chill tetraploid Southern highbush blueberry (Vaccinium) variety of complex ancestry, based largely on V. corymbosum with over 13% V. darrowii and small contributions of V. angustifolium, V. tenellum, and V. ashei. ‘BB06-50FL-1’ is a productive mid-season variety that ripens at a similar time as ‘Star’, U.S. Plant Pat. No. 10,675. ‘BB06-50FL-1’ is intended for areas that successfully grow lower chill Southern highbush varieties. The fruit of ‘BB06-50FL-1’ are large, typically 18 mm or more in diameter with an average berry weight of 2.9 gram per berry, well exposed on a medium upright bush with a small crown. The fruit of ‘BB06-50FL-1’ has very good flavor with a balanced amount of sugar and acidity and is also firm and juicy.
Abstract: ‘NC4’ is a new and distinct variety of pear tree (Pyrus communis), selected from seedlings produced as the result of a cross between female parent ‘Concorde’ (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 9,192) and male parent ‘Red Williams’ (not patented). ‘NC4’ is distinguished by its fruit, the skin overcolor of which is purple at harvest, turning to red and orange-red upon ripening.

Abstract: A new and distinct blackberry cultivar that originated from seed produced from a cross between the female blackberry plant ‘ORUS 1393-1’ (unpatented) and the male blackberry plant ‘Triple Crown’ (unpatented). This new blackberry is unique in that it contains all three commercial blackberry types (trailing, erect, and semi-erect) in its pedigree as either a parent or a grandparent. This new blackberry cultivar can be distinguished by being early ripening for a semi-erect blackberry, by its medium-sized, firm berries with tough skin and very good flavor, by its medium to high yields borne on a vigorous plant with a semi-erect type growth habit and by its completely thornless canes.
