Exemplary assemblies are configured to house pets, with the assemblies being easily converted to user-friendly transport-sized configurations. The assemblies are adjustable, changeable and/or portable. In general, the enclosure assembly includes a base member having a top side, front side, bottom side and a rear side, with a handle member on the top side. The handle member is configured to allow a user to move/transport the assembly when desired. Exemplary enclosure assemblies include: (i) first and second bottom panel members that are movably secured with respect to the bottom side of the base member, and (ii) first and second end members that are movably secured with respect to the first and second bottom panel members. First and second lid members are movably secured to the top side of the base member to facilitate: (i) assembled configurations, and (ii) transportable configurations.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to animal feeders and implements therefor that are configured to limit the waste of feed from the animal feeder. Preferably, such implements can be in the form of an apparatus that is attached to an existing gravity fed or assisted feed animal feeder for catching feed that would otherwise fall to the ground from a feed delivery structure of the animal feeder. Beneficially, by limiting wasting of feed, embodiments of the present invention reduce feed cost and reduce the presence of undesirable animals that would otherwise be attracted by wasted feed. A plane at a right angle to the rotation axis intersects both the first and second regions. The brush has a cylinder shape with a central cylinder axis. The rotation axis is eccentric and in a position which differs from a position of the central cylinder axis. Upon rotation, the brush massages the body of the livestock animal in the contact region thereof by transferring the varying pressures onto the body of the animal by successively bringing the first and second brush surface regions into contact with the body of the animal.

Abstract: A system that incorporates spraying logic onto a sensor mat to detect and apply various liquids onto the feet of an animal. Each sensor in the sensor mat actuates at least one predetermined spray nozzle application of the medicinal fluid. The system is designed so that each hoof triggers at least two sensors, with each sensor activating at least one spray nozzle. All of the electronic components are located away from the mat and a controller control spraying and timing. Stop bars prevent the mat from compressing beyond a predetermined distance to prevent sensor failure. The sensors have a triple moisture prevention configuration.
