The storage system includes a first storage rack that has a first plurality of columns and a first platform extending from one of the first plurality of columns. An outer edge of the first platform forms an end of the first storage rack. Positioned adjacent to the first storage rack is a second storage rack with a second plurality of columns and a second platform that extends from one of the second plurality of columns, where an outer edge of the second platform forms an end of the second storage rack. An aisle is formed by a predetermined distance between the outer edges of the first and second platforms.

Abstract: An elongated integral stop rail device extending the length of a row of pallet racks and carried from the racks by hangers which space the rail device at a desired distance from the lateral extent of the racks. The method involves a determination of the length of the row of racks, assembling a stop rail device to extend that length, and mounting the stop rail device from the respective racks the desired distance lateral of the racks. A pair of integral stop rail devices may be spaced laterally apart to block encroachment of pallets supported on adjacent rows of pallets into a flue space defined between the pair.

  • Patent number: 10314399
Abstract: A storage container that has a container housing in which at least one receiving compartment is formed, and a drawer element which can be pulled out and retracted is located in the receiving compartment. Pull out-limiting means prevent the drawer element from being accidentally pulled out beyond a maximum pull-out operating position. The pull out-limiting means have stop tongues which can be pivoted against lateral outer wall sections of the drawer element by means of elastic deformation and each of which includes a stop protrusion that protrudes outwards. A counter stop edge which is arranged on the container housing is located in the pull-out path of each stop protrusion. If the drawer element is pulled out completely, the stop tongues can be bent by being manually acted upon such that the respective stop protrusion can pass by the counter stop edge.

Abstract: A rotatable seat cradle including a lumbar supporting back, a thigh supporting front, an intermediate pelvic support bucket located between the back and the front, and an upwardly sloping transition wall that extends continuously and co-extensively between the pelvic support bucket and the thigh supporting front. The seat cradle is pivotally coupled to a stand or to a yoke connected to a chair base. The thigh supporting front of the seat cradle lies above the pelvic support bucket and cantilevers outwardly from the upwardly sloping transition wall. A seated user shifting his weight towards the front of the seat cradle pushes his legs against the thigh supporting front to generate a rotational force thereagainst for causing a corresponding rotation of the seat cradle relative to the stand or the yoke to which the seat cradle is pivotally coupled.
