Abstract: The present invention relates to a high chair for children convertible into a booster seat comprising an upper part and a base, the upper part having a seating surface adapted for engagement with a corresponding bearing surface of the base, lateral armrest sides, a backrest whose perimeter boundary extends from one lateral side to the other, as well as a backrest extension extending in cantilever fashion from the perimeter boundary of the backrest. The backrest extension consists of a body separate from the backrest and comprises members for removable connection to the perimeter boundary of the backrest. When the backrest extension is removed, the upper part of the high chair is used as a booster seat.

Abstract: An infant carrier includes an upper frame, a seat mount frame, a base frame, and at least one folding mechanism. The seat mount frame is pivoted to the upper frame. The base frame is pivoted to the seat mount frame. The at least one folding mechanism is disposed between the seat mount frame and base frame and for allowing the seat mount frame to pivot relative to the base frame between an unfolded position and a folded position. In such a way, when the infant carrier is not in use, it can provide convenient way to fold infant carrier by operating the at least one folding mechanism for easy storage and transportation.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cutlery dispenser for dispensing cutlery utensils. The cutlery dispenser may include a housing, a cover, a wedge protrusion, and a pair of sweeper arms. The housing may include an interior space and be configured to receive a number of cutlery utensils loaded therein. The cover may enclose a portion of the interior space and be configured to move between a closed position for dispensing the loaded cutlery utensils from the interior space and an open position for loading the cutlery utensils into the interior space. The wedge protrusion may be configured to engage a leading one of the loaded cutlery utensils when the cover is in the closed position and to disengage the leading one of the loaded cutlery utensils when the cover is in an open position.

The impeller portion facilitates a distributed mixing of the substances and the propeller blades are capable of removing deposits of the substance around the base of a main cup of the apparatus.

Once the base wire frame assembly is removed, the fireplace easily folds or collapses at a number of pivot points for ease of storage and transport along with the wire frame assembly. Abstract: The present invention relates to an infant feeding warming system useful to repeatedly and precisely warm breastmilk or formula for use in the NICU. The system in one form comprises a bedside unit that is attachable to an IV pole. The system may also comprise a centralized warming station with multiple chambers, wherein one chamber heats a bottle or syringe, and the remaining chambers are used for storage and/or refrigeration. The system will use a non-liquid heating system to heat feedings. A disposable liner may be used inside the chamber. The system may also contain heating algorithms that are based on a user inputting milk parameters such as volume and initial temperature.
