  • Patent number: 10364546
Abstract: A distance obtaining unit obtains the distance between a work implement and a design terrain. A work aspect determining unit determines a work aspect by the work implement. A limit velocity deciding unit limits the velocity of the work implement when the distance between the work implement and the design terrain becomes smaller. When the work aspect is surface compaction work and the distance between the work implement and the design terrain is within a first range of at least a portion that is equal to or less than a predetermined first distance, the limit velocity deciding unit increases the limit velocity of the work implement in comparison to when the work aspect is an aspect of a work other than surface compaction, or cancels the limiting of the velocity of the work implement.

  • Patent number: 10364556
Abstract: A mechanical-coupling device is described. The mechanical-coupling device includes a toggle bolt with a fixture in a bolt head that remateably mechanically couples to an attachment tool. The device may further include an anchor nut having an anchor wing or tab. During mechanical coupling of the anchor nut to the bolt with a mounting material, such as a wall, countertop or sink, between the bolt head and the anchor nut, the fixture may convey a pulling force, from the attachment tool, that results in fixing a position of the anchor nut with the anchor wing or tab in a deployed position. Moreover, the fixture may convey a rotational torque, from the attachment tool, about a symmetry axis of the bolt that rotates the bolt relative to the fixed position of the anchor nut so that a distance between the bolt head and the anchor nut decreases.

  • Patent number: 10364583
Abstract: An expandable, mobile structure is capable of sustaining a retracted state and an expanded state, and may be capable of alternately using public utilities as a power supply, or a self-contained “off-grid” power supply. This allows for use of the mobile structure in a multitude of locations, which are not governed by the presence or absence of an available external power supply. The structure may operate in an “on-grid” power mode when in an expanded condition, and in an “off-grid” mode in a retracted condition. The structure includes a different number of zones within the structure in the retracted state as compared to the expanded state. A modular HVAC system provides a different flow path of air in the retracted state and the expanded state.

  • Patent number: 10364585
Abstract: The present application relates to an innovative and optimized method and system for maintaining water quality in water bodies such as excavated inland structures and floating structures with bottoms comprising flexible membranes, using a simplified economic filtration system and degreasing system that requires much smaller filtration equipment than conventional centralized filtration systems and provides for consumption of significantly lower amounts of energy. The method of the invention allows activating a chemical application system, mobile suctioning device, and/or degreasing system based on information regarding turbidity, the color of the bottom of the water body, and amount of greases on the surface water layer of the water body, to adjust the water quality parameters within their limits.
