Abstract: An adjustable chair can support an occupant that sits on a front portion of a seat cushion. When the user leans back, the chair can provide back support without requiring that the user slide rearwardly along the seat cushion, thereby providing back support to minimize, limit, or substantially eliminate lower back fatigue, discomfort, or the like. A back support of the chair can be located at a desired forward/rearward position based on the user's position on the seat. In some settings, the chair can be used by a card dealer who tends to sit on a forward portion of the seat when dealing cards. The back support can be positioned to comfortably support the dealer's back when, for example, the dealer sits generally upright. The chair can also be used by other individuals that frequently sit on the front of the seat cushion.

The base on the electric bread cooker having a cylindrical shaped baking pan for baking Himbasha (also known as Ambasha) bread and a top plate pivotally mounted on to the base plate, the top plate covers the bottom baking plate when baking Himbasha. A first embodiment shows the top plate can be opened about 180 degrees from the surface of the bottom plate to be used to bake Injera (Ethiopian flatbread). A second embodiment of flip-able lid can used when cooking space is small. The top and the bottom baking plates may be connected to heating source. One temperature control knob controls the temperature of the bottom baking plate and another thermostat knob controls the temperature of the top baking plate. The electric cooker has a handle to open and close the lid, the inside of the top lid is a baking plate.

Abstract: An air fryer oven comprising a housing and a food rack is disclosed. The housing comprises an air fryer chamber which includes two opposite side walls and each side wall is provided with a bracket, respectively. The housing is provided with an air fryer heating module, disposed above the air fryer chamber; and a drive motor, detachably joined to one end of the food rack to rotate the food rack. The two ends of the food rack are directly placed on the brackets as the brackets can support one end of the food rack so that the food rack can be removed from the air fryer chamber and loaded with food. The air fryer heating module can generate heat and cause air flow circulation to process the food. Through rotating the food rack by the drive motor, every part of the food on the food rack can be heated evenly, and provide a rotisserie grilling function at the same time.

Abstract: A temperature display and/or control system is disclosed for a cooing apparatus, such as a grill, comprising a plurality of individual zones to provide individual zone temperatures. Each zone of the grill is associated with a temperature sensor, such as a thermocouple, and a visual indicator to indicate the zone temperature, such as control knob bearing a multi-color LED. A controller obtains a signal from the temperature sensor indicating a raw temperature and converts the raw temperature to an actual zone temperature based on a temperature profile selected for the zone. The temperature profile is configurable for each zone based on a configuration of the zone in order to maintain an accurate temperature conversion despite alterations to an environment.

Abstract: A horizontal shaking type automatic cooker includes five parts: a shaking platform, a heating device, a cooking pan, a motor, and an electronic control unit. The shaking platform includes two parts: a fixed base and a shaking flat plate. The fixed base and the shaking flat plate are connected through four eccentric gears that have a same diameter and are in rectangular arrangement. When the four eccentric gears synchronously rotate under the drive of the motor, the shaking flat plate and the cooking pan start to shake horizontally and circumferentially in a non-rotating manner, and a dish in the pan is turned and mixed under the action of inertia and impact force at a pan edge, so as to achieve a stirring effect. When the automatic cooker works during cover opening, water evaporates rapidly, there is much contact with oxygen gas, and a stir-frying effect is desirable.

The removable spindle assembly has a quick release coupler and a compression spring which connects the quick release coupler to a cup cover. Blending is accomplished by connecting a motor driven inner spindle drive shaft to a concentric outer spindle drive tube through cogged couplers. The outer spindle drive tube powers a blending tool and, like the blending tool, is removable with the spindle assembly for cleaning.
