  • Patent number: 10455878
Abstract: A system of hoods built into hooded hunting garments, which makes the hunting garment multifunctional for concealment, or for high visibility safety. The hood system consists of an outer hood that is drab or camouflage, matching the garment itself, for the purpose of concealment, and an inner hood that is blaze color or blaze camouflage, for the purpose of high visibility safety. The hunter can quickly, easily, and quietly alternate on demand in the field, between functions of concealment or safety by selecting how the hoods are worn and exposed, without having to remove the entire garment from the body, or detach/reattach components, to do so. The hoods and garment's functions can be altered with one hand, and without removing hand coverings. The system of hoods creates a single multifunctional hunting garment that replaces the need for two distinct garments for specific hunting applications.

  • Patent number: 10455886
Abstract: Electrically conductive vulcanized epoxidized natural rubber [ENR]-carbon black blends can be produced by using either internal mechanical mixing method or open milling method. These two methods are commercially friendly due to their practicability and high production rate. The addition of vulcanization system, either sulfur or peroxide type does not affect the electrical properties of the vulcanized blends. All vulcanized blends prepared in this innovation show useful electrical properties with electrical volume resistances as low as the order of 101 ohms. All these vulcanized blends also exhibit good mechanical properties with tensile strengths up to 26.0 MPa and Dunlop rebound resiliencies of 14.0% (i.e. high damping property). The black color level of all these vulcanized blends is adjustable. As a result of good electrical and mechanical properties (especially high damping property), they have good potential to be used for antistatic footwear manufacturing and application.

Abstract: A interchangeable button system that has an interchangeable cap, a base button and a pronged fastener allowing the user to change the appearance and functionality of buttons, quickly and conveniently without sewing. The pronged fastener penetrates fabric exposing the prong tips for alignment with the base buttonholes located on the base button. Compression on the base button couples the pronged fastener with the base buttonholes creating a secure permanent attachment. The base button has an external base thread that aligns with internal cap thread for coupling. Thus the interchangeable cap can be torqued on or off. Different functional decorative and technological types of interchangeable caps may be selectively torqued onto base button for end use.

  • Patent number: 10455906
Abstract: A watch band is disclosed. The watch band maintains a substantially constant tension throughout changes in its length while worn by a user. Such changes in length may occur automatically to accommodate changes in the size and circumference of a user's wrist as they move their wrist normally. By maintaining a constant tension, the watch band also maintains a constant force on the user's wrist, and causes a watch body attached to the watch band to also maintain a constant force on the user's wrist. This can increase a user's comfort, since the watch will not get tighter or constrict their wrist as they straighten and bend their wrist. It can also help optimize operation of any sensors in the watch band or watch body that benefit from being held against the user's wrist with a constant force, such as some physiological sensors.
