Abstract: Methods and systems for managing supply chains are disclosed. Replenishment of items within retail stores and distribution centers is optimized to respond to real-time demands. One method includes receiving demand signals corresponding to a sold inventory items and evaluating those demand signals against real-time inventory positions and demand forecasts for that particular inventory item to determine whether to replenish the inventory item and how much inventory to replenish. A router service for assessment of such demand signals is also disclosed.

Abstract: A system and method uses low cost and power efficient motion sensors integrated into (or attach to) a broad range of general Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) containers or packages to learn and recognize a consumer's gesture(s) during a consumption event. Sensory inputs from motion sensors, such as an accelerometer, a compass, and/or a gyroscope are provided to a depletion prediction model/program which maps past consumption events to determine a percentage of quantity of the good(s) remaining in the CPG. The depletion prediction model may take into consideration the individual consumer's habitual consumption rate and history. The depletion prediction model is updated continuously, or at specific time intervals, based on the input(s) from the motion sensors. The depletion prediction model can then be used to predict the quantity remaining for the CPG being tracked, allowing the system to further handle re-stocking with a retailer's online system.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes an unmanned aerial vehicle (“UAV”) or a drone configured to autonomously deliver an item of inventory to a landing station or destination location. The drone receives inventory information and a destination location and autonomously retrieve the inventory from a source station. The drone is having a GPS module and communication module to communicate with the external devices and the GPS module helps the drone to determine the shortest route to the destination. At the destination location, the landing station has GPS guided lasers which help the drone to deliver the item safely. Further, the landing station also comprises an automatic lithium-ion battery switching system to replace the existing battery of the drone with a freshly charged battery.

GPS data associated with the geographical area is retrieved from the eyewear based video device and first GPS coordinates identifying a location of an embedded computing device are retrieved from a GPS system. A distance between the first GPS coordinates and the geographical area is calculated. Additionally, second GPS coordinates identifying the geographical area are calculated based on the GPS data, the distance, and the first GPS coordinates and it is determined if the second GPS coordinates are located within a specified perimeter surrounding the street address defining the delivery location.

The cost of production and the miners' arbitraging behavior is used in a proof-of-work system as the key feedback to establish a long-term equilibrium price. This equilibrium pricing anchors the unit of accounting in the to the global competition of electricity prices, which is more stable than any fiat currencies based on historical data. It eliminates the burden on application developers to dynamically price their goods or services based on off-chain exchange prices.
