Abstract: Messages of a first data stream may be accessed from an ingestion buffer in communication with a streaming data processor to receive data from the first data stream. At the streaming data processor and using an inference model, a sourcetype associated with one or more messages from the first data stream may be determined. The one or more messages may include a portion of machine data. Using the streaming data processor, a second data stream may be generated from the first data stream. The second data stream may include a subset of messages from the first data stream. A message of the subset of messages may be included in the second data stream based on a condition associated with the sourcetype for the message. At least one processing operation may be performed on at least one of the subset of messages from the second data stream.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for dynamically generating a data set representative of search results in response to a query and using the data set to accurately rank search results in response to a domain specific search query. Upon receiving the search query, features of the query and features of each search result are extracted. A relevance ranking may be assigned to each search result based on a comparison of the features of the query and each search result. The relevance ranking of each search result may be adjusted based on metrics related to user interactions. A data set may be created which includes the query, search results, extracted features, and metrics. The data set may be used to train a machine learning model to accurately determine a ranking of search results in response to a subsequent search query.

Abstract: A method and system for processing datasets having a number of data points are described. A portion of the dataset is received and processed in parallel. A view on a display is updated to include a first section of the portion of the dataset after the first section completes processing but before a remainder of the portion of the dataset completes processing. In some aspects, the portion of the dataset can include up to one million or more data points. In some aspects, if a change from the view to a second view is received before processing has completed, an unusable part of the dataset is discarded and/or a reusable part of the dataset that has completed processing is reused for the second view. In some aspects, columns of different dataset may be correlated and/or processed data is provided such that the processed data may be rapidly rendered.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a system and method for secure remote data processing between two or more entities over a blockchain. The invention provides for processing of data records within a data structure repository of a smart contract hosted on a blockchain, thereby eliminating the need to transfer the data records to one another, by the entities. The processing is secure and the data records are deleted once the processing is complete.

Abstract: A data duplication device (200) determines a duplication range using a data processing graph. The data processing graph indicates information of input/output data to and from a duplicate source program involved in a duplicate source system (110). The duplication range is a range of data to duplicate from the duplicate source system to a duplicate destination system (120). The data duplication device acquires duplicate data corresponding to the duplication range from the duplicate source system. The data duplication device registers the duplicate data with the duplicate destination system.

Abstract: A computer implemented method for classifying molecular structures is provided. The method includes representing the elements and atoms in a molecular structure as nodes and the bonds as relations as a first graphical representation. The method also includes mapping said first graphical representation into a second graphical representation wherein the mapping comprises using an attention mechanism, said attention mechanism establishes the importance of specific feature vectors dependent on their neighbourhood and the relations between the feature vectors, said mapping transforming the feature vectors of the first graphical representation to transformed feature vectors in the second graphical representation. The method also includes combining the transformed feature vectors to obtain a third combined representation. The method also includes mapping said third combined representation to a feature vector indicating properties of the molecular structure.

Abstract: Word vectors are multi-dimensional vectors that represent words in a corpus of text and that are embedded in a semantically-encoded vector space; paragraph vectors extend word vectors to represent, in the same semantically-encoded space, the overall semantic content and context of a phrase, sentence, paragraph, or other multi-word sample of text. Word and paragraph vectors can be used for sentiment analysis, comparison of the topic or content of samples of text, or other natural language processing tasks. However, the generation of word and paragraph vectors can be computationally expensive. Accordingly, word and paragraph vectors can be determined only for user-specified subsets of fields of incident reports in a database.
