Abstract: The present invention relates to a stent delivery device having: a first support rod into which a first movable body is inserted; a fixed magnet; and a second support rod into which a second movable body is inserted, wherein a first driving magnet included in the first movable body and a second driving magnet included in the second movable body rotate relative to each other by means of the control of an external magnetic field at a predetermined angle around an axis in a first direction with respect to the fixed magnet, thereby separating a first coupling piece and a second coupling piece from a first coupling groove and a second coupling groove and enabling a stent to unfold.

Abstract: An apparatus is provided for subcutaneous implantation in a patient using a tunneling instrument. The implantation apparatus comprises a vascular graft and a connector adapted to couple a distal end of the tunneling instrument and a proximal end of the graft. The connector comprises a tip, a first end of the tip configured to be received within the proximal end of the graft, a clip for securing the graft to the tip, and a coupler for a rotatable connection of the tip to the tunneling instrument such that the tip is rotatable about its longitudinal axis relative to the coupler to facilitate attachment of the graft to the tunneling instrument. The implantation apparatus may further comprise a removable sheath configured to substantially cover the length of the graft.

Abstract: A gastrointestinal balloon system includes a gastrointestinal balloon and a valve located within the gastrointestinal balloon. The valve is configured to allow fluid flow into and out of the gastrointestinal balloon. The valve includes a string coupled to the valve, the string having a loop on a proximal end and a catheter having a lumen. The lumen is configured to receive a grasping tool. The grasping tool extends out a distal end of the catheter for grabbing the loop to align the catheter with the valve. The valve may be a series of self-sealing two-way valves, a check valve, or two-way valve. A method of using a valve in a gastrointestinal balloon is also described.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices are described for providing a brace having an inflation control. The control directs fluid flow from an inflation component to one or more inflatable cells of the brace. The inflatable cells are independently inflated and deflated by the inflation component through the control. The control allows a user to create a fluid path between the inflation component and one of the inflatable cells by positioning the control in an orientation corresponding to the desired inflatable cells. Each inflatable cell is independently inflated and deflated in various orientations of the control.
