  • Patent number: 10773378
Abstract: Autonomous mobile robots may communicate with each other to avoid hazards, mitigate collisions, and facilitate the operation that they are intended for. To enhance such cooperation, it would be highly advantageous if each robot were able to determine which robot, among a plurality of other proximate robots, corresponds to each communication message. The specific identity of each robot is generally unknown to the other robots if a plurality of robots are in range. Systems and methods provided herein can enable robots and other equipped devices to determine the spatial location of each other robot in proximity, by detecting a pulsed localization signal emitted by each of the other robots. In addition, each robot can transmit a self-identifying code, synchronous with the emitted localization signal, so that other robots can associate the proper code with each robot. After such localization and identification, the robots can then cooperate more effectively in mitigating potential collisions.

Abstract: A cut groove having a predetermined depth is formed with a cutting blade along a projected dicing line set on a workpiece. A first preliminary groove is cut in a measurement member and a relational expression with respect to a distance from the preliminary groove bottom and the width of the preliminary groove is determined. An amount of incision into the workpiece is set to be equal to or smaller than a predetermined value from a reference position and the thickness of the workpiece. A second preliminary groove is cut along the projected dicing line, and an image of the second preliminary cut groove is captured. The width of the second preliminary cut groove is measured, and the depth of the second preliminary cut groove is calculated from the width of the second preliminary groove and the relational expression.

Said pulling means (4) comprises pulling roller (11) having wire retaining groove (11a) for guiding wire extending from the spool (2) towards the stitching head (1). It also comprises pressure roller (13) that rotates against pulling roller (11) for pulling the wire (16) from the spool (2). The length of wire to be pulled is predefined in the controller means which is communicated with the servo motor (7) that rotates said rollers (11, 13) until the predetermined length of wire is pulled. The stitching head (1) utilize the wire (16) of pulled length without rotating the spool itself to avoid pulling load and to apply even stapling on the bunch of paper sheets.

Abstract: Fire impregnation substance is produced by polymerization of non-toxic components in such a way that pentaerythritol (5% to 90% of the mass) and ammonium polyphosphate (5% to 90% of the mass) are added to the water (30% to 96% of the mass) with temperature from 5° C. to 98° C. and the solution is mixed until it is pure. The mutual ratio of the components of pentaerythritol and ammonium polyphosphate can range from 1:18 to 18:1 During the production of the cellulose product or fibrous wood products such as chipboards or particle boards the wood chips or sawmill shavings are dipped in the impregnation substance before connecting and pressing, or the impregnation substance is added to adhesive or binder, respectively, which coats the chips or shavings before pressing into desired product. The cores of microintumescence inside the material, mainly on surfaces of the original chips, shavings or fibers subsequently produce gradually activate layers preventing the permeation of the fire's effects.
