Abstract: A system and method which performs translumbosacral neuromodulation therapy in a subject by outputting pulses of magnetic energy onto the lumbar and sacral nerves of the subject is described. The system includes a control unit, an anorectal probe, at least one skin electrode, a first magnetic coil, a second magnetic coil, and a neurophysiological recorder. The control unit manages the system components. The anorectal probe and the skin electrode detect muscle activity when a nerve from the back of the subject is stimulated. The first magnetic coil outputs singular pulses of magnetic energy to localize a plurality of optimal stimulation sites. The second magnetic coil outputs repetitive pulses of magnetic energy to each of the plurality of optimal stimulation sites in order to treat medical problems. The neurophysiological recorder displays motor-evoked potential (MEP) data that is detected by the anorectal probe and the skin electrode through electromyographic sensors.

Abstract: In corneal crosslinking, the anterior surface of the cornea of the eye is maintained in contact with a first liquid having a first concentration of a crosslinking catalyst such as riboflavin, so that the catalyst enters the cornea and forms a first concentration profile (t1) in the corneal stroma. The anterior surface of the cornea is then maintained in contact with one or more additional liquids having concentration of the catalyst lower than the first concentration so that the catalyst forms a second concentration profile (t4, t5, t6) in the stroma. In the second concentration profile, the maximum concentration of the catalyst desirably is posterior to the anterior surface of the cornea. The cornea is irradiated and crosslinked. The second concentration profile facilitates crosslinking deep within the stroma.

One of the sides of the pedal body is provided with a clip coupling structure for coupling and locking a cleat mounted to a bottom of a road bike cycling shoe, and the opposite side of the pedal body is provided with a toe-clip pedal for tying and fixing a regular sports shoe and a skidding prevention structure for preventing skidding relative to the sole of the sports shoe. With such a dual-sided pedal arrangement, the feet of users who wear different types of shoes can be securely held on the pedal body to prevent skidding or idle pedaling during pedaling of the exercise bike to thereby improve accuracy of the training data detected by a training signal detection device.

Abstract: The subject matter of present disclosure teaches about a system of an artificial intelligence powered advance exercising facilities and method of working of the same. The system of an artificial intelligence powered advance exercising facilities of present embodiment eliminates need of permanent attached display over the exercise machines within the facilities by providing advance coupling of network enabled user devices of an exerciser, such as smartphone, laptop or any wearable smart devices to receive and display real time exercise data. Also, the system provides holding platforms for said user devices to safely hold the devices while user is exercising. Further, all the machines and equipment within the exercise facilities as well as surroundings such as wall of facilities of system are embedded with smart chips that monitors and transmits the real time exercise data of exerciser such as routine of exerciser, form and posture of exerciser, number of reps and count of dead weight etc.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for arranging dimples on a golf ball surface in which the dimples are arranged in a pattern derived from at least one irregular domain generated from a regular or non-regular polyhedron. The method includes choosing control points of a polyhedron, generating an irregular domain based on those control points, packing the irregular domain with dimples, and tessellating the irregular domain to cover the surface of the golf ball. The control points include the center of a polyhedral face, a vertex of the polyhedron, a midpoint or other point on an edge of the polyhedron and others. The method ensures that the symmetry of the underlying polyhedron is preserved while minimizing or eliminating great circles due to parting lines.

Abstract: In a multi-piece solid golf ball having a core, an envelope layer, an intermediate layer and a cover, the envelope layer is formed into two layers—an inner envelope layer and an outer envelope layer. The inner envelope layer-encased sphere, outer envelope layer-encased sphere, intermediate layer-encased sphere and ball have respective surface hardnesses that satisfy a specific relationship. The inner envelope layer or outer envelope layer is formed primarily of one or more thermoplastic elastomer selected from the group consisting of polyester elastomers, polyamide elastomers, polyurethane elastomers, olefin elastomers and styrene elastomers. This ball has an excellent flight when struck by golfers whose head speeds are not that fast and has a good, soft feel at impact, thus making it highly suitable for amateur golfers.
