The orifice is configured to dispense product therethrough. The actuator is positioned between the bottle and the tip.

Abstract: A liquid dispenser for discharging liquids, in particular in rod shape. The liquid dispenser has a liquid store for receiving liquid prior to discharge, and a discharge opening for discharging the liquid. The liquid dispenser has a pumping device having an actuating surface for manual actuation, by which liquid is conveyed from the liquid store to the discharge opening. The liquid store is provided within an exchangeable container unit, couplable to a main unit including the pumping device (62) and the discharge opening, and is uncouplable therefrom. For the exchangeable coupling of the container unit to the main unit is provided a coupling device, by which the container unit, by pressing against the main unit, is alternately couplable thereto and releasable therefrom. The coupling device possesses two coupling members, wherein one coupling member is provided on the container unit and one coupling member on the main unit.

Abstract: A cosmetic case is covered with a hinge and attachable cap to save a user effort in operation. The cosmetic case is covered by a simple design and construction of the hinge and attachable cap with a bore, which could be attached to a protrusion on the cosmetic case during usage. The cap could also be actuated by the slider assembly and move along a path enabling attachment to the bottom portion of the cosmetic case. The cosmetic case covered with an attachable and sliding cap, houses a cosmetic and slider assembly, which could be used in ease by any professional beauticians, or anyone of interest at home. The cosmetic case configured with the attachable cap, avoids inconveniences caused to the user during cosmetic application.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein include a device for personalizing fragrance. The device includes a first module comprising a first hemispherical cap, a first container, and a first attacher; a first fragrance formulation contained by the first container; and a second module comprising a second hemispherical cap, a second container, and a second attacher. Also included is a second fragrance formulation, which can be different from the first fragrance formulation, and contained by the second container. The device includes a ring-shaped adaptor comprising a first feature for attaching to the first module at the first attacher and a second feature for attaching to the second module at the second attacher. When the first and second modules are each attached to the adaptor and the caps are in a closed position, the first module opposes the second module and the device has a capsule shape.

Abstract: Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for load carriage using a load carriage apparatus. In one implementation, a frame top is disposed at a proximal end of a load carriage frame. The frame top includes a proximal bar and a distal bar each extending between a first side bar and a second side bar. A frame base is disposed at a distal end of the load carriage frame, and the frame base includes a rear portion connected to a first side portion and a second side portion. A spine connects a center portion of the proximal bar of the frame top to the rear portion of the frame base. A first tube extends from the first side bar to the frame base relative to the first side portion. A second tube extends from the second side bar to the frame base relative to the second side portion.

A foot spreader is configured and arranged to spread the four suspension lines apart, providing support to the leg rest portion.

Abstract: A modular hammock assembly for hanging a hammock includes a first frame support and a second frame support. Each of the first frame support and second frame support includes a coupler that has a lower end that is open and defines a receiving space. The first frame support and the second frame support include a pair of legs. Each pair of legs has a top end and a bottom end. Each of the top ends is removably extended into the receiving space. A support rod is releasably attached to and extends between the first frame support and second frame supports. A first bracket and a second bracket each attached to the support rod. The first bracket is positioned adjacent to the first frame support and the second bracket is positioned adjacent to the second frame support. A hammock is attached to and extending between the first bracket and second bracket.

Abstract: A wearable eyeglass holder that holds a temple of a folded pair of eyeglasses in a manner that resists the inadvertent unfolding of the held temple and the wearer's loss of the eyeglasses. The eyeglass holder has a connector that enables it to be attached, in a pendulous manner, to the wearer's neck, clothing, or other object. The eyeglass holder has an oblong body with a double convex shape and a longitudinal inner channel with two oblong openings on the same face of the body. A temple of a pair of eyeglasses, inserted through the upper opening, comes to rest upon a waist extending between the openings. The eyeglasses rest on the waist and a foot of the body provides a second contact point with the temple that maintains it in a closed position.

Abstract: The application provides a hair coloring brush. The hair coloring brush can include a handle and a detachable brush cap that detachably couples to the handle. The handle can include an elongated body, a brush attachment protrusion, where the brush attachment protrusion extends outward from the elongated body and has a first protrusion side and a second protrusion side. The handle can also include a first side ridge and a second side ridge. The detachable brush cap can include a distal brush end, a plurality of bristles, and a cavity opposite the distal brush end, where the cavity has a cavity wall and an internal groove located in the cavity wall. The first side ridge and the second side ridge can tension fit in the internal groove when the detachable brush cap is inserted over the brush attachment protrusion.

Abstract: The touchup paint applicator system includes a paint capsule, an activator, a sponge, and a handle. The sponge may be operative to clean a surface. As a non-limiting example, the surface may be a wall. The activator may be pressed to pierce the paint capsule, located within a cavity inside of the handle. The pierced paint capsule may release paint into the sponge. Released paint may be applied to the surface by placing the sponge, soaked with the released paint, against the surface. The handle may hinge open to provide access to the paint capsule.

Abstract: An individual-patient one-day oral care kit comprises a housing and a plurality of sealed trays disposed within the housing. Each of the sealed trays contains oral hygiene components. By one approach at least one of the sealed trays contains an oral hygiene component comprising a toothbrush that is unique to that particular tray. By one approach all of the sealed trays contain at least one same oral hygiene component. By one approach each of the sealed trays is configured to serve a patient's oral hygiene compliance requirements in accordance with an event driven schedule during a single day.

Abstract: A lifting table includes a top plate height adjustment device that performs a height adjustment of all support columns in a synchronized manner. The top plate is supported on the floor by of a leg structure provided with multiple support columns arranged in parallel. Top plate receiving structures attach a column to the top plate and change the length of the support columns. Push valves exposed on the inside of the top plate receiving structures are actuated, changing the length of gas springs provided inside of the support columns. By extending an operation rod unit into the top plate receiving structures from a single handle of an operation lever via a connection fitting, the push valves are operated the same amount and at the same time in all of the columns with a single operation, so that it is possible to smoothly raise and lower the top plate.

Abstract: A bottle rack includes a panel that has a front surface and an opposing back surface, and support bars cantilevered from the panel and extending from the front surface. Each of the support bars has a linear bottle supporting portion that is positioned, and that is at an acute angle, relative to the front surface such that at least two of the support bars can support a bottle while forcing the bottle against the front surface. The rack may be a “label forward” rack. Additionally, the various joints, grooves, and slots used to join the support bars to the panel may also be used to join any the support bars and panels of any suitable bottle rack.

An example embodiment of a theater seating system comprises a separating panel and a theater seat. The separating panel has a first end, a second end, a first section, a second section, a third section, and a fourth section. The first section, the second section, the third section, and the fourth section cooperatively define a chamber within which the theater seat is disposed. The first end is separated from the second end to define an opening that provides access to the chamber defined by the separating panel.

Abstract: A support for a piece of modular furniture, and a piece of modular furniture which includes the support. The support includes first and second legs connected by a longitudinal member and a support member. The support member extends generally transversely to the longitudinal member in a direction allowing it to extend under a seat and support the seat. The piece of furniture preferably includes two or more such supports, each having a support member which extends towards the other support, so that they together may support the seat. The supports are generally universal in design, in that a single type of support may be used to make many different types of furniture, such as a chair, a sofa, an end table and a full table. Abstract: A sofa bed assembly comprises a carcass having an inside, outside and interstitial interface. Mechanical moving parts comprise a bed base mount assembly and gas strut all outside the carcass and interface mounted. A base supports a mattress held by base sidewalls, vertical within and filling the carcass with the sofa bed closed. An armrest supports a sitter's arm in the closed assembly and as is a proximal bed support in the open assembly. Pivoted leg supports at the end of the bed base rotate as distal bed supports. Alternatively, a sofa is moved to the end of the bed base as distal bed support. An armrest extension extends the armrest for the closed assembly and folds through 90° for the open assembly allowing the armrest to act as the proximal bed support. Armrest shields cover mechanical moving parts.

Abstract: A folding bed includes first and second bedsteads and one or more connection members coupling the first and second bedsteads. A connection member can be a frame or a leg connection member. A frame connection member includes first and second vertical end portions to removably couple adjacent peripheral bars of the first and second bedsteads. A leg connection member includes first and second engaging members to removably couple adjacent legs of the first and second bedsteads. The one or more connection members reduce the risk of bending the folding bed and assist in stabilizing the folding bed when in use.

Abstract: A system is disclosed for facilitating rotation of a mattress in a horizontal plane carried by a box spring or a platform. In order to facilitate rotation, slick surfaces between the mattress and the box spring or platform are selectively placed in engagement with each other, in one embodiment of the invention. The slick surfaces may be provided by two (2) separate covers; one cover for the mattress and one cover for the box spring, platform or bed skirt. One cover is provided with a slick and non-slick surface. The other cover may be the same as the first cover or may have slick surfaces on two sides. In an alternate embodiment of the invention, one of the covers may be provided as a protective cover that encapsulates the entire mattress. In another alternate embodiment, one cover may be provided that cooperates with a slick surface that is integrally provided on one or the other of the mattress or box spring or platform.

Abstract: An air foam mattress system includes a foam top component, and a foundation component including a plurality of segmented, individually wrapped, inflatable air cells allowing for a plurality of pivot points, a segmented perimeter, and individual pressure adjustment of the segments for maximum patient comfort in all articulated-bed positions. In an embodiment, the air cell contains a u-shaped insert providing segmented perimeter sections integral to the air cell. In another embodiment, the air-cell contains a trapezoidal shaped insert with multiple segments having different degrees stiffness.

Abstract: A person support for supporting a person includes a first layer and a resilient second layer. The first layer has a surface topography with a first region with a curvature configured to correspond and generally conform, in an unloaded state, to the shape of a first portion of a person's body. The surface topography has a second region configured to correspond and generally conform, in an unloaded state, to the shape of a second portion of a person's body. The resilient second layer overlays the first layer and forms a person support surface.

Abstract: The invention is an improved utility bedding product for use on beds or reclining chairs, particularly airplane seats. The inventive product is a multi-layered, lie-flat mattress pad that increases the comfort of passengers by providing a soft resting surface made of materials that permit the flow of air through the mattress pad. In preferred embodiments the mattress pad includes a pocket so the pad may be folded or rolled up and secured in a compact configuration for use as a pillow and for ease of transport.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to a convertible children's high chair. According to various embodiments, the convertible high chair generally comprises a first child seat supported above a floor by a high chair frame, and a second child seat configured for being removably coupled to first child seat. The second child seat is configured such that, when detached from the high chair's first child seat, it can be used apart from the high chair as a booster seat (e.g., secured to the seating surface of a standard chair or another support surface). In certain embodiments, the second child seat includes a base surface configured to stably support the second child seat on a separate support surface (e.g., without the need to be attached to or mounted on a separate base or support member).

The corner post assembly includes a first column and a second column movable relative to the first column. A lower end of the first column is pivoted to the floor assembly. An upper end of the first column is movably connected to the top rail assembly. A lower end of the second column is movably connected to the floor assembly. An upper end of the second column is pivoted to the top rail assembly. The floor assembly drives the second column to move relative to the first column to drive the top rail assembly to be folded when the floor assembly is folded, and the floor assembly drives the second column to move relative to the first column to drive the top rail assembly to be unfolded when the floor assembly is unfolded.

Abstract: An adjustable tray for a merchandise display system may include a retainer for limiting the movement of products loaded in the adjustable tray, a first divider extending from a first panel and second divider extending from a second panel. The spacing between the first divider and the second divider can be configured to be adjusted. The first panel and the second panel can be configured to move to provide additional surface area for the adjustable tray to accommodate different sized products. The adjustable tray may further include a pusher mechanism configured to bias product toward the retainer.

Abstract: This invention is a unique and novel shipping frame for nursery plants, that is made from a water-resistant recycled paper composite material. The frame allows for supporting one or more shelves and is attached to a base. The one or more shelves and base are capable of holding the plants during shipment to insure the plants are not damaged. After shipment is completed, the frame may be reused or disposed of accordingly.

Abstract: Fence panel display systems can include a unitary foundation including a plurality of steps, at least one rail extending along the width of one of the steps, and at least two clamp assemblies adjustably coupled to the rail. A fence panel can be clamped to the foundation using the clamp assemblies by adjusting the clamp assemblies along the width of the step and by adjusting protrusions extending from main bodies of the clamp assemblies in a direction perpendicular to the width of the step.

Abstract: An adjustable hanger assembly is provided that includes a slider base and a slider that can be adjusted horizontally and vertically within the slider base. The slider can be held in a position by a fastener such as a threaded fastener. A series of horizontal grooves and ridges on the slider can engage a series of complementary grooves and ridges on the slider base, and the engagement can occur at different heights. The slider can freely move horizontally once inserted into the slider base. The slider base can be squeezed by tightening the threaded fastener to pinch the slider and hold the slider in a desired vertical and horizontal position. The hanger assembly can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally after the slider base is fixedly secured to a wall.
