The home appliance includes a drawer rail configured to withdraw an item accommodation unit provided in a storage chamber. The drawer rail includes a first rail mounted to the storage chamber, a second rail coupled to the item accommodation unit, a third rail disposed between the first rail and the second rail, a first retainer disposed between the first rail and the third rail to allow relative sliding movement, a second retainer disposed between the second rail and the third rail to allow relative sliding movement, a first stopper for limiting an allowable relative sliding distance between the first rail and the third rail, and a second stopper for limiting an allowable relative sliding distance between the second rail and the third rail.

Abstract: An electric sofa power supply system includes a power supply unit, a USB female connector having a trigger signal. When the trigger signal pin of the USB female connector is electrically connected with a mating USB male connector of an external electric device, the control unit controls the power supply unit to provide power to the USB female connector. When the USB female connector is electrically disconnected from the mating USB male connector of the external electric device, the control unit cuts off the power supply of the power supply unit to the USB female connector, achieving zero power consumption, energy saving and environmental protection, and enhancing the safety of using the power supply system. The electric sofa power supply system does not need to add a switch to the electric sofa to control the power supply of the USB female connector, which greatly increases the aesthetics and practicability.

Abstract: A safety device for preventing objects from falling out of a storage rack is provided. The safety device includes four mounting brackets configured to be coupled to a pair of vertical members defining the storage rack, a pair of horizontally disposed top and bottom guide cables for stretching between a corresponding pair of mounting brackets of the four mounting brackets coupled to the pair of vertical members, and a pair of vertical slide bars for slidably mounting to the top and bottom guide cables at opposite left and right sides at a front of one bay in the storage rack. A curtain netting is attached at left and right edges thereof to respective ones of the pair of the vertical slide bars and to the top and bottom guide cables. Storage racks and methods of protecting objects stored on storage racks are also described.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to quick-assembly, articulating easel that moves from a planar orientation to an extended orientation with minimal manual manipulation. The easel components are movably interconnected, both in a compressed position during storage and in an extended position after assembly. The opposing writing surfaces of the easel may be oriented in upward positions parallel to the upward-facing bottom tray when in the compressed and/or disassembled position. Based on disengaging at least a portion of the interconnected easel components, such as by raising at least a portion of the easel components in an upward direction, the opposing writing surfaces may then be shifted in orientation to provide outward-facing writing surfaces in the assembled easel position. The articulating legs may then follow an arcuate curvature in travel between the various positions.

The linkage mechanism has a base and a pair of seat mounting plates that are used to attach a seat to the mechanism. The linkage mechanism comprises a first and a second plurality of links that are each pivotally coupled between the base and a corresponding one of the pair of seat mounting plates. The first and second plurality of links moveably interconnect the base and the seat mounting plates to control movement of the seating unit between closed, TV, reclined and fully-reclined positions. In the fully-reclined position, the seat mounting plates are moved to a position by the first plurality of links and the second plurality of links to place the seat of the seating unit at an angle relative to horizontal of between eighteen and twenty-six degrees.

The rotation of the footrest frame by a user creates, through a mechanical system, rotation in a spool. The spool is wound with first and second lines, each being wound in the reverse direction as the other. The lines are connected through rerouting systems and then anchored to the translating member such that they pull the member out upon a deployment, and return the member back in when the footrest is retracted.

Abstract: A multi-piece foldable headboard has a foldable multi-piece body member made using a plurality of panels that can be expanded when in use or collapsed for shipping and storage. A latch is provided to lock the body member in the fully expanded position, and posts are attachable for connection to a bed frame. The front surface of the body member is overlaid with a sheet of flexible material that functions as a hinge between the panels to give the headboard the look of a solid one-piece headboard when in the fully expanded, unfolded state.

The distance measurement is based on a time-of-flight measurement of a wave. The controller is arranged to determine an absolute position of each actuator from the respectively measured distance.

The ventilated ergonomic bed mattress is constructed such that the client can sleep on the ventilated ergonomic bed mattress such that the anterior side of the client is proximal to the ventilated ergonomic bed mattress. Stated less formally, the ventilated ergonomic bed mattress allows a client to sleep face down. The ventilated ergonomic bed mattress comprises a mattress structure and a plurality of chambers. The mattress structure forms the cushion on which the client rests. The plurality of chambers is a collection of negative spaces formed in the mattress structure used to accommodate the head and the plurality of appendages of the client.

Abstract: A person support system is disclosed that includes cooling features to provide focal cooling to a subject supported by the person support system. Embodiments of the person support system include a longitudinal frame having at least one side rail, a deck position on the longitudinal frame, a support pad positioned on the deck, and a cooling source thermally coupled to the deck. The deck is a thermally conductive material. The cooling source draws heat from a portion of the support pad, through the top surface of the deck, and through the deck thereby cooling the portion of the support pad. The cooling source may be positioned in the side rail or directly to a bottom surface of the deck. Cooling systems that are removeably coupleable to person support systems are also disclosed.

Abstract: A method for producing a bedding product has at least a foamed latex layer. The method includes pouring liquid latex foam on a conveyor belt. The liquid latex foam is vulcanized in a vulcanization station to obtain a vulcanized latex foam slab. The vulcanized latex foam slab is cut to a desired length and/or width. Electromagnetic waves with a frequency ranging between 1 and 50 Mhz are used for at least partially vulcanizing the liquid latex foam.

A middle layer is arranged between the upper and lower sections and includes apertures for retaining air springs. Abstract: An infant support pad has a body of resilient material, a generally planar bottom surface and a top surface that is inclined relative to the bottom surface between a proximal end and a distal end of the body such that the infant is in an inclined position when placed on the body. The top surface has an opening in a distal portion of the body and curved surface configured to receive and support at least a portion of an infant's head that extends through the opening when the infant is placed on the body. The support pad also has a pair of raised side members on either side of the top surface configured to generally maintain the infant on the body and inhibit movement of the infant out of the body.

The stack of utensils can include a next utensil. A drive mechanism can be configured to contact the next utensil. An access port can provide an opening to the housing. An actuator can be operably connected to the drive mechanism and configured to move the drive mechanism into a release position such that the drive mechanism contacts the next utensil in the stack of the utensils to push the next utensil causing the next utensil to release from the stack of the utensils and become a released utensil. The released utensil can fall to a dispense position and be accessible via the access port for removing from the dispenser. A prime mechanism can be configured to move the drive mechanism to the release position without removing any released utensil from the dispense position.

The showcase lighting includes: at least one compact ultraviolet LED assembly; a white light assembly; and a controller for controlling the ultraviolet LED assembly and white light assembly with modulation such that the ultraviolet radiation stimulates visible fluorescence in the ultraviolet-reactive item while items in the showcase structure are broadly illuminated by the white light. A method for displaying items in a showcase, and a kit for retrofitting existing showcases is also provided.

The rabbet is defined by a floor and a wall, the wall including a channel. The spacer assembly may have a rigid portion and a compressible portion. The spacer assembly is positioned in the rabbet with the compressible portion of the spacer assembly extending into the channel in the wall to couple the spacer assembly to the annular display frame. The spacer assembly may also be in contact with the stack to hold the stack in the rabbet.

Abstract: A cooling pillow generates a gust of cooled air when compressed. A solid, resilient, compressible foam block forms a core of the cooling pillow. A phase change material layer adhered to a surface of the foam block. Holes can be formed in the foam block to enhance the feel of the pillow and to improve the speed at which air is displaced when the cooling pillow is compressed. A pillow protector encloses of lightweight breathable material encloses the foam block. The pillow protector prevents the foam block and cooling layer from being abraded during insertion and removal from a pillow case. The pillow case encloses the pillow protector, which in tour holds the foam block and cooling layer. The pillow case has a breathable surface. The breathable surface is oriented to overly the cooling layer. A performance material can be used to form the breathable surface. To use the cooling pillow, the cooling pillow is oriented with the cooling layer and the breathable surface facing upward.

Abstract: A spill resistant cup comprising: a substantially hollow body; a lid, where the lid is removably attached to the body such that the lid spans the top of the body and where the top of the lid has an opening; and an insert located between and spaced from the top of the lid and the bottom of the body, where the insert has an elevated opening and where the opening in the insert aligns with the opening in the lid. The insert, along with the alignment of the openings, allows a user to drink from the cup unimpeded while preventing liquid from within the cup from spilling out in significant quantities when the cup is tipped over.

Abstract: An anti-fatigue modular floor mat includes a set of interlocking tiles. Each tile comprises tabs that extend from an edge of the tile; the tabs can comprise a cavity and a pad opposite the cavity. The tiles can comprise indentations disposed on a bottom of the tile and laterally spaced from the tabs along the edge. Protrusions can extend from the indentation. Abstract: A power transfer system to facilitate the transfer of electrical power between tree trunk sections of an artificial tree is disclosed. The power transfer system can advantageously enable neighboring tree trunk sections to be electrically connected without the need to rotationally align the tree trunk sections. Power distribution systems can be disposed within the trunk sections. The power distribution systems can comprise a male end, a female end, or both. The male ends can have prongs and the female ends can have voids. The prongs can be inserted into the voids to electrically connect the power distribution systems of neighboring tree trunk sections. In some embodiments, the prongs and voids are designed so that the prongs of one power distribution system can engage the voids of another power distribution system without the need to rotationally align the tree trunk sections.

A gas source can be provided in a cartridge which is used to generate gas that is dissolved into the precursor liquid. A beverage medium, such as a powdered drink mix or liquid syrup, may be provided in the same, or a separate cartridge as the gas source and mixed with the precursor liquid to form a beverage. The use of one or more cartridges for the gas source and/or beverage medium may make for an easy to use and mess-free system for making sparkling beverages, e.g., in the consumer's home.

Abstract: The present application relates to an air based fryer (1) for preparing food ingredients. The air based fryer comprises a food preparation chamber (2), an air heater (3) for heating air in the food preparation chamber (2) and a fan (4) for circulating a flow of hot air in the food preparation chamber (2). The air-based fryer (1) further comprises a fluid inlet (5) for the introduction of a fluid directly into the circulating flow of hot air. This solution allows increasing the humidity of the flow of hot air results in superior quality food in terms of taste, texture, and aesthetics and increases the versatility of the air-based flyer.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of a kamado-style cooker configured for use with pelletized fuel are disclosed. Certain embodiments include a cooking space above a firebox space. Various novel aspects of the cooker provide for thermal energy management within the firebox space such that temperature sensitive components of a wood pellet storage, delivery and combustion subsystem (e.g., electronic controllers, motors, pellet hopper and auger) may be housed within the firebox space, I.e., housed internal to the ovoid structural envelope of the cooker.
