  • Patent number: 10941734
Abstract: An engine control apparatus includes first and second fuel injection amount calculators, a fuel injection controller, an EGR valve controller, and an EGR valve diagnosis unit. The first and second fuel injection amount calculators are configured to calculate first and second fuel injection amounts on the basis of a detected intake air amount and detected pressure in an intake pipe, respectively. The fuel injection controller is configured to control a fuel injection apparatus for an engine on the basis of a correction fuel injection amount that is a result of addition of the first and second fuel injection amounts respectively multiplied by first and second weight coefficients. When the fuel injection is restarted after diagnosis of the EGR valve carried out by the EGR valve diagnosis unit, the fuel injection controller increases the second weight coefficient, and thereafter gradually increases and reduces the first and second weight coefficients, respectively.

Abstract: An object is to optimize a back pressure pressing an orbiting scroll against a fixed scroll in a scroll compressor to which an injection cycle is applied. A back pressure control valve (400) adjusting back pressure (Pm) in a back pressure chamber (H4), adjusts the opening degree of a first valve body (424) increasing and decreasing the flow rate of lubricant which has been separated from gaseous refrigerant compressed in a compression chamber and is supplied to the back pressure chamber (H4), in accordance with suction pressure (Ps) in a suction chamber (H1), discharge pressure (Pd) in a discharge chamber (H2), and injection pressure (Pinj). Then, the back pressure control valve (400) increases and decreases the lubricant flow rate in accordance with injection pressure (Pinj) as well as suction pressure (Ps) and discharge pressure (Pd), to adjust back pressure to target back pressure varying in accordance with injection pressure (Pinj).

Abstract: A fluid machine, heat exchanger, and operating method of fluid machine. The fluid machine includes: a rotation shaft (10), a cylinder (20), and a piston assembly (30). The rotation shaft (10) and the cylinder (20) are eccentrically disposed relative to each other and an eccentric distance is fixed. The piston assembly (30) has a variable volume chamber (31). Because the eccentric distance between the rotation shaft (10) and the cylinder (20) is fixed, the rotation shaft (10) and the cylinder (20) rotate about their respective axes thereof during motion and the position of center of mass remains unchanged, so that the piston assembly (30) is allowed to rotate stably and continuously when moving in the cylinder (20); and vibration of the fluid machine is mitigated, a regular pattern for changes in the volume of the variable volume cavity is ensured.

Abstract: A compressor system is provided that includes a contact cooled compressor and a coolant separator. The coolant separator is used to remove coolant fluid from a compressed flow stream produced by the contact cooled compressor during its operation. The coolant separator routes the removed coolant fluid back to the contact cooled compressor for further use. In some forms the coolant fluid is cooled prior to delivery back to the compressor. A stop valve can be provided in the coolant fluid return line to halt the flow of the fluid. A pressure sensitive member can be disposed to sense pressure of the coolant fluid that has been routed past the stop valve. Operation of the compressor can be changed as a result of the sensed pressure from the pressure sensitive member. Information from a temperature sensitive member can also be used to change operation of the compressor.
