Abstract: An electric toothbrush includes a main body, a head connected to the main body, having a stem and a rotating element rotating in first and second rotation directions, a transmission shaft rotating the rotating element, a motor generating rotary motion transmitted via transmission shaft to the rotating element, and first, second and third push switches. Pressing the first switch, which is pressed when the transmission shaft is inclined in a first flexion direction, causes rotation of the rotating element in the first rotation direction. Pressing the second switch, which is pressed when the transmission shaft is inclined in a second flexion direction, causes rotation of the rotating element in the second rotation direction. Pressing the third switch, which is pressed by the transmission shaft when inclined with respect to the main body in a third flexion direction, causes rotation of the rotating element in the first or second rotation direction.

A material is affixed at one end to a location on the sidewall portion and is affixed at another end to a second magnetic component. The first and second magnetic component are of opposing polarities such that when the second magnetic component is placed beneath a surface the holder is resting on, the first magnetic component is configured in a magnetic attraction with the second magnetic component to maintain a location of the holder on the surface.

Abstract: A double walled illuminated vessel for displaying indicia comprising an outer sleeve, an inner liner, a lens, a transparent or translucent connection ring, a base and an illumination module adapted to be inserted into the base whereby the base and connection ring are connected to each other creating a base illumination unit. Light from the illumination module passes through the hollow space between the outer sleeve and the inner liner such that the lens bearing indicia is illuminated thus prominently displaying any desired graphic, logo, design, trademark, symbol, letter, number or any other indicia. The connection ring transmits and diffuses light through the inner liner and upper rim as well as the sidewall of the connection ring. The base illumination unit is removable from the outer sleeve and can be used as an independent light source by a user. Additionally, the illumination module is rechargeable in one embodiment and can provide an adequate charge to a mobile device.

Abstract: An assistance device for putting on a jacket includes an elongated bar and magnetic connection elements (such as magnets or metallic elements) positioned at each end of the elongated bar. The assistance device can be magnetically attached to corresponding magnetic connection elements at the shoulders of a jacket. As the jacket is placed over one shoulder, the other end of the assistance device (and attached portions of the jacket) will tend to be biased toward the other side of the user. This makes it easier for users to grab the other side of the jacket since it extends toward the arm not in the jacket sleeve reducing the distance that the user needs to move this arm behind their back to grab the jacket. This is especially valuable for users with restricted mobility who find it hard to put on jackets without the assistance device.
