Abstract: The invention generally relates to easily removable clothing that is intended for individuals with limited mobility. The invention further relates to easily and safely removable clothing for individuals that may be recovering from surgery or suffer from a disability which limits their physical mobility. The invention also relates to pull-tab systems that may be combined with clothing or accessories in order to facilitate easier and simpler removal and wear.

Abstract: The modified sock can be used by hikers, campers and other individuals who enjoy the outdoors but want to maintain dry, clean socks. A hole or holes is placed in the top portion of the sock so that the person can air out the sock by simply attaching the socks to a backpack during outdoor activities. The hole will have a grommet that will be reinforced to withstand the washing and general wear and tear that is placed on a sock and still maintain its general shape and function.

Abstract: A woman's multi-tummy layer body shaper with variable density mesh undergarment which includes breast pockets and buttocks pockets made of flexible lace patterned mesh, includes a top region and a multi-layer compression abdominal region below the breasts. For women, the garment has a crotch area made of two overlapping pieces of fabric, leaving a gap to use in the restroom. The garment also includes a pair of arm coverings which cover at least a shoulder clavicle area of the wearer, with optional short sleeves, half sleeves or full sleeves, and optional leg coverings of variable lengths. The body shaper undergarment also includes an abdominal compression area, which includes an inner skin contact compressive breathable, sweat-porous layer therethrough, a middle textured, breathable, sweat-porous compressive layer and an outer breathable, sweat-porous, compressive layer. An optional front openable corset may be provided to the body shaper undergarment.

Abstract: A maternity under garment specifically for use during pregnancy supports the weight of a developing fetus while not encroaching on the growth aspect. The maternity undergarment has a shape that helps keep the abdomen of the pregnant woman in place, which expands as the fetus grows therein. The abdomen area features three different thicknesses on the full abdomen area. The bottom part of abdomen is a thick supportive fabric so it can hold the abdomen with the fetus therein. The section supporting the mid abdomen is lighter and less dense than that of the lower abdomen portion, because that will allow the woman's expanding abdomen to come out as the fetus grows, The top hemispheric part of the abdomen area has a thinner mesh material, that will allow the abdomen to fully come outward and upward, with no compression.

The undergarment is configured to be used in conjunction with a conventional bra, especially an underwire-containing sports bra, without unnecessarily duplicating the support provided by the bra. The undergarment comprises a pair of supporting straps that are releasably anchored to the undergarment's lower circumscribing band via at least one anchor member. The supporting straps are configured to provide compression to the wearer's upper breast roots and arrest upward movement of the wearer's breasts.

Abstract: Disclosed is a brassiere comprising: left and right bust sections, each comprising a top section and a bottom section; a rear member having a first end and a second end and configured to be adjustable in length to vary a distance between the first end and the second end; left and right shoulder straps connecting the top section of each of the left and right bust sections to the first end of the rear member; a chest band connecting the bottom section of each of the left and right bust sections to the second end of the rear member; and first and second adjustment mechanisms for adjusting a length of the chest band. A collar is attached to the body and shoulders, and houses a number of collar pocket sections and a tubular border. Each of the body pocket sections, shoulder pocket sections and collar pocket sections accommodate a carrier of dense filler elements, preferably glass beads. The shoulder pocket sections comprise approximately 7 to 16 percent of the total glass bead weight of the therapeutic weighted robe, wherein the shoulder pocket sections are more dense than other sections of the therapeutic robe.

Abstract: A convertible garment having a torso member, a length extension and two sleeves, the torso member adjustable to create three different lengths. The torso member having a lower length adjustor and an upper length adjustor on its interior, the lower length adjustor for being detachably secured to the upper length adjustor by folding the lower edge of the torso member inward and towards the upper length adjustor to create the shortest version of the garment, the length extension for being detachably secured to the lower length adjustor for creating the longest version of the garment. The lower length adjustor and the upper length adjustor are detached and the torso member extended to its full length to create the middle length version of the garment.

In this way the cooling media can cool the user's head when the user wears the hat.

Abstract: The present invention provides hats with attachment assemblies allowing them to be detachably secured to an article of clothing. In one example, the attachment assembly permits the hat to be detachably secured in an exterior-side out configuration to a belt of medium width worn around the wearer's waist, without requiring the hats to be inverted or reversed, and without any need for pockets, linings, zippers or the like. The hats may also be provided with retention members for holding the hats in a simple folded configuration when carried on the person. In such a configuration small personal items such as keys, loose change, mobile telephones may be carried in the retained, folded hat.

Abstract: A support customising system is described for a sole of a shoe. The sole includes a relatively soft, resilient midsole and an a harder outsole. Hard insert elements are provided for inserting into vertical cavities in the midsole. By varying the hardnesses of different inserts in different vertical cavities, a precisely-tunable pronation control effect on the wearer's gait can be effected. First-order, second-order and third-order pronation control effects are described. Measures are provided for improving the accuracy of the proprioceptive (sensory motoric) effect on the wearer's foot, for example by limiting the ingress of dirt or water.
