Abstract: An animal feeder refilling assembly for refilling elevated animal feeders includes a shaft. The shaft has a first end, a second end and an outer surface. A container is pivotably attached adjacent to the second end of the shaft. The container has a bottom wall with a perimeter wall. The perimeter wall has a top edge defining an opening. The container is pivotable between a load position wherein the perimeter wall rests parallel to the shaft with the bottom wall adjacent to the shaft, and an unload position wherein the opening pivots over the second end. A handle is slidingly engaged with the outer surface of the shaft and positioned adjacent to the first end. A linkage is attached to the handle and extends to pivotably couple to an exterior surface of the container. The linkage moves the container between the load position and the unload position.

Abstract: An animal ear tag contains control circuitry for generating data. An antenna in the tag emits a wireless signal including the data, and an energy storage provides electric energy to the control circuitry and the antenna. The energy storage is arranged in a first part of the tag and the antenna is arranged in a second part of the tag. When attached to the animal, the first and second parts are interconnected via a shaft member inserted through an ear of the animal in such a manner that the first part is located on a first side of the ear and the second part is located on a second side of the ear. When the first and second parts are interconnected, the energy storage is located off-centered from a symmetry axis of the shaft member. As a result, the tag becomes relatively fixed in a well-defined orientation.

Abstract: Meat products can be classified based on image data. Training image data is received that includes image data about first meat products. Labels associated with the first meat products are received, where each of the labels includes a type of one of the first meat products. A trained classification model is developed based on the training image data and the received labels. Image data representative of a second meat product is received. The image data is inputted into the trained classification model, where the trained classification model is configured to classify a type of the second meat product based on the image data. The type of the second meat product is received from the trained classification model.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a new method of packing and preserving fruits in liquid (fruit juice, syrup, water, etc). The method comprises packaging fruits, where the fruit is filled into a specifically formulated plastic container, topped with liquid, dosed with inert gases to enforce can integrity, seamed with metal can ends, and thermally processed to eliminate viable microorganisms. The process is unique in that by adjusting thermal processing parameters and manipulating the seam specifications, replacing the metal cans by a flexible and sustainable plastic can, becomes a practical alternative.
