Abstract: Disclosed herein is a low profile expandable ring structure comprising a plurality of coupled blocks that each have a certain degree of translational movement with respect to each other. Each block has one or more downward curved loops or tubes protruding on the front side of the block which are inserted into openings on an adjacent block. A tensioned spring, passed through an internal channel of the coupled blocks, maintains the ring structure in a closed appearance but allows for expansion of the expandable ring structure through the translational movement of the blocks. The low-profile nature allows the expandable ring structure to be comfortable for the wearer.

The at least one decal and the tacky surface have a second adhesion coefficient that is greater than the first adhesion coefficient to cause a subset of the at least one decal to adhere to the base coat. A top coat of a top nail polish is applied atop of the base coat and the subset of the at least one decal to seal the subset of the at least one decal and the base coat.

The carrier system has a vertical back support and a belt for securing the device around the waist of the user. In addition to alleviating shoulder fatigue and spine compression, the device is light, comfortable, durable, adjustable and easy to maintain.

Abstract: The invention involves a system and method for retrofitting a cabinet to accommodate wheelchair accessibility, which employs a retractable shelf configured to expand and retract for concealing and revealing a wheelchair accessible space. In exemplary embodiments, the retractable shelf is situated between the left panel and the right panel and in proximity to a floor space of the cabinet, wherein the retractable shelf is configured to retract and expand to reveal or conceal the wheelchair accessible space. The retractable shelf may include a plurality of panels hingedly coupled together, such as a posterior panel and an anterior panel, some of the panels configured to fold, such that at least one of the plurality of panels folds on top of the posterior panel in order to reveal or conceal the wheelchair accessible space. The invention allows retrofitting of any type of cabinet for wheelchair accessibility.

There is a post that extends from the bottom surface of the chair arm and is sized and configured to fit through the hole in the cup receiver and create a snap-fit. The cup holder may also have a cell phone pocket at either side of the inverted U-shaped body.

For example, after identifying a first item and a second item either placed into or removed from the cart, the cart may determine that the user added two instances of the first item and removed one instance of the second item. In response to making this determination, the cart may update a virtual cart of a user operating the physical cart.

The frame can hold an image to display and allow the image to be exchanged without the outer frame being separated from the backer. The front is formed from J walls that surround an opening for displaying the image, the J walls have centering ribs that support and align the image. The backer has a back wall with an inside perimeter wall and is releasably latchable to the front. When latched, a channel is formed between the front and backer to receive the image that aligns with a slot in one of the J walls.

Abstract: An assembly for the automated production of conical paper sleeves for plants uses paper stock precut in a trapezoid configuration which is continuously fed to the assembly. The precut sheets are folded diagonally twice to form a conical sleeve. The folding process includes application of an adhesive on the overlap of the folded sides to securely seal the sleeve. The precut sheets are transported along the assembly via a series of belts, rollers and electrical motors. The synchronization of the folding process and the application of adhesive is electronically monitored and controlled.
