Abstract: An application can be executed for multiple peers using a peer-to-peer network structure. State data for the peers can be compared to provide for authority on the session even though there is no dedicated authority component. Such an approach can help to maintain consistency across the distributed network, as well as to minimize the occurrence of cheating or manipulation of the data on the session. A set of state variables is selected, and peers use their local values for those variables to generate hashes to be sent to the other peers. The hash values are compared and any variations addressed accordingly. For any outlier peers that report different hash values, their state values can be adjusted to attempt to bring those outliers back in sync with the other peers. This can involve updating or rolling back specific parameter values for the outlier or all peers.

A method provides for sending a request for the VR experience of the real world space and identifying a viewing location made by the user. The method includes operations for mapping the viewing location to a real world capture system for capturing video and audio at a location that corresponds to the viewing location and receiving real world coordinates for the real world capture system. Further, the method accesses a user profile of the user and receives a video stream of the real world space captured by the real world capture system. The method is able to identify and reskin a real world object with a graphical content element by overlaying the graphical content item in place of the image data associated with the real world object.

The dilution fluid may be aspirated or sparged into the sample degasser. The sample pump may extract a sample of the gases separated from the drilling fluid by the sample degasser. The rate of injection of the dilution fluid into the sample degasser and the rate of extraction of the gas sample from the drilling fluid may be adjustable to control the dilution of the gas sample for analysis.

The system includes a first wet processor configured to wash and adsorb dust including gases, SOx, and ash dissolved in water, a decomposing reactor configured to receive waste gas processed in the first wet processor and process nitrogen oxides (NOx and N2O), fluorocarbons (CFCs), hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), and perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) in the waste gas, and a second wet processor configured to receive the waste gas processed in the decomposing reactor and wash and adsorb the received waste gas. The system can efficiently treat a large amount of composite waste gas.

The apparatus also comprises a closed refrigerant circuit. The cooler for cooling the regeneration air is a refrigerant evaporator and this cooler is, by the refrigerant piping via a compressor for the evaporated refrigerant suction and compression, connected to the regeneration air heater, where this heater for heating the regeneration air is a condenser for condensing the refrigerant vapor. The apparatus also comprises a subcooler for additional heat removal from the refrigerant.

Abstract: A device for exchange of water molecule and temperature between two fluids. The device comprises thin molecular sieve membrane sheets that allow water molecules to permeate through while blocking cross-over of the exchanging fluids. The device provides two sets of flow channels having a hydraulic diameter ranged from 0.5 to 2.0 mm for respective process and sweep fluid flows. The two sets of the channels are separated by a membrane sheet having a thickness less than 200 ?m. The thin molecule sieve membrane may be prepared by forming an ultra-thin zeolite membrane layer on a porous metal-based support sheet which provides very high water permeance so that the exchange can be conducted in a compact membrane module at high throughput. The device can be used to remove water from a process stream of higher water content by use of a sweep fluid of lower water content or higher water affinity.

The methods comprise the steps of obtaining a combustion catalyst composition comprising an amount of a precious metal supported on an ion-exchangeable alkali metal titanate substrate, and then exposing the species to the combustion catalyst composition in the presence of an oxygen containing gas and water vapour at a catalysis temperature below 200° C. and at a relative humidity above 0.5%. A novel desiccant-coupled catalytic combustion process and system are also disclosed.
