An elongated neck made of a flexible and resilient material includes a proximal end extending from an upper surface of the base. The elongated neck includes a bend adjacent the distal end which disposes the elongated neck at an angle relative to the upper surface. The inner surface of the elongated neck defines a channel running from the distal end to the proximal end. An entrance to the channel aligns with the opening at the upper surface. A seat buckle strap fits through the opening and the channel so that the elongated neck supports the buckle away from the car seat, preventing an individual from sitting on the buckle.

In this embodiment, the inner component is a spherical bead of any material (ex. metal, colored glass, stone, etc.) with a smooth exterior surface. The outer element is a cylindrical object (ex. metal, colored glass, stone, etc.) with an outer diameter and an inner diameter which will be slightly greater than the outer diameter of the inner component. The outer cylindrical component has a length that is at least 2 times the diameter of the inner component. In this embodiment the length is dictated by the requirement of the outer component remaining along the same axis as the inner component.

A cartridge can interchangeably be coupled to the frame, wherein the cartridge includes a piercing member that can be driven by the plunger and protrudes from the housing into a compression module. The housing and compression module can clamp the ear lobe, and the piercing member can make a hole in the ear lobe. The compression module can include a cutter to snip off the portion of the piercing member inserted into the compression module. The piercing member includes a sleeve part and a needle part. The needle part makes the hole and the needle part and portion of the sleeve get snip off, while a portion of the sleeve is retained in the ear lobe.

The present disclosure aims to reduce the fan vibration during the operation of the hair dryer, so as to reduce the noise generated by the hair dryer, thereby mitigating the impact of the noise on users.

Abstract: An electric toothbrush relates to personal care products, oral care products, namely, toothbrushes. The technical problem to be solved by this technical solution is the lack of functional portable electric toothbrushes that are easy to transport and couple bristles for cleaning with a cleaning agent. Similar toothbrush currently on the market do not provide adequate hygiene, namely, cleaning agent is discharged from the bore directly through the bristles, which results in the ingress of catalase, bacteria into the internal container with cleaning agent.
