Abstract: The present disclosure relates to electronic cigarettes, and in particular to a control method of an electronic cigarette and an electronic cigarette. The method includes: activating an electromagnetic heating component to output a predetermined output power at a first stage, so that a heating device heats up; feedback controlling the output power of the electromagnetic heating component through a first PID algorithm according to the temperature information of the heating device and a preset preheating temperature, so that the heating device reaches the preheating temperature; and after the heating device reaches the preheating temperature, adjusting the output power of the electromagnetic heating component at a second stage, so that the heating device keeps a target smoking temperature, the target smoking temperature being less than the preheating temperature. The control method of the electronic cigarette provided in the embodiment adopts a combination of PID algorithms and electromagnetic heating.

Abstract: There is provided an apparatus for affixing buttons to garments. Buttons have been around for many years and are still a very common mechanism for the closure or attachment of garments. Buttons can be either damaged or break loose from its threaded bonding source requiring replacement. There is provided an apparatus for affixing a button to a garment's fabric using a circular disk with two prongs. When circular disk is aligned with the button holes, the prongs extend from the lower side of the circular disk and is manually pushed through the button hole openings piercing the garment fabric and extending through the underside of garment. The two prongs extending through the button and garment are bent inwardly to create a cohesive bond. The underside of the circular disk abutting the top of the button is coated with adhesive inhibiting movement or slippage of the button from the circular disk.

Abstract: Design for footwear in the form of a slide that is designed to be made up of several parts or components. All or a subset of these are manufactured by one or more manufacturers and provided to another party for assembly in a location that is “local” to a point of sale. The assembly of the separate or modular parts or components produces a slide that is suitable for sale to and for wear by the purchaser or end user. One or more of the parts or components provided to the assembling party is in the form of a blank that can be modified to provide local customization while other embodiments will have that customized part or component manufactured locally for later assembly. Further, the new design for slides includes one or more features that allow the end user or wearer to adjust the size and fit of each slide.

Abstract: A footwear assembly having an upper that comprises a neoprene sock with a foot portion integrally connected to a leg portion. The foot portion has heel, vamp and under-foot portions. The leg portion has front shin, side wall, and rear calf-side portions. The upper has a unitary, outer, injection molded layer molded directly onto the foot and shin portions of the neoprene sock, while the sidewall and rear calf-side portions remain substantially uncovered by the injection molded layer. The injection molded layer encases the foot portion of the neoprene sock. The injection molded layer on the shin portion defines a shin guard portion having a necked down area integrally connected to the injection molded layer at the vamp portion, wherein the shin guard extends upwardly from the necked-down portion in an outwardly diverging shape away from the vamp.
