At least one rod with at least one comb attached to said at least one tab. The rod is heated by the heating element during use of the apparatus.

Abstract: A headband is secured to the head of a user by a modified wig clip that is removably inserted into an elongate slit on an inner surface of the headband. The modification of the wig clip is the attachment of a generally rectangular sheet of flexible material to a pair of side members of the wig clip. The sheet of flexible material allows removable insertion of the wig clip into the elongate slit.

The hair protector device includes a body suitably shaped and sized forming an interior hollow space for receiving a wearer's head, an exterior surface, an interior surface, a top end, and a bottom end. The device further includes a scrunchy attached onto the exterior surface of the body, a sleeve attached to the body surrounding the bottom end and to act as a support for a fastening mechanism that can be used for adjusting the hair protector device around the wearer's head ensuring the hair protector device doesn't slide off the head while the hair protector device is in use. The scrunchy hair protector device is adapted for fastening a low back ponytail or a high ponytail of a wearer's hair giving an aesthetic appearance.

The backrest section includes first and second portions coupled for movement between a folded configuration and an extended configuration. An armrest module has an armrest side edge surface configured for mating engagement with a side edge surface of a seating module. The modular sofa is assembled by aligning connectors of the seating modules and armrest module, with each respective connectors slidingly engaged along an axis. After bringing the modules together, these connections are secured with the side edge surfaces in abutting engagement. The modular sofa further may include a power cradle mounted at the sofa's bottom surface. The power cradle includes a cubic power outlet near the front of the sofa, and power cable extending beyond the back of the sofa.

The vertically adjustable element has a lower end and an upper end, where the vertically adjustable element has a height, h1, when fully extended and has a height, h2, when collapsed, where h2<h1. The holder unit having height h3 has a first portion that is attached to the lower end of the vertically adjustable element, the holder unit used as a handle to hold the headrest and the holder unit increasing the height of the headrest, when the vertically adjustable element is fully extended, from the height, h1, to height h1+h3. The cup is attached to the upper end of the vertically adjustable element, where the cup has an angularly adjustable mechanism. A modular version of the headrest and a kit storing the headrest are also described.

The sofa includes a frame with a bracket and multiple arms and support bases that allow the frame to move from the sitting position and the sleeping position, and the reverse, by allowing the multiple arms to rotate and support bases to rotate about the bracket at attachment points where the bracket and arms are connected by fasteners. In some embodiments, a back support portion of the sofa is hingedly moveable into first and second positions to optionally reduce the vertical height of the back support to allow easier transport (i.e., in boxes and shipping containers) and movement (i.e., through small doorways and spaces) of the sofa, as described herein. In some embodiments the sofa has a space or notch underneath that is configured to be fastened or otherwise affixed to a platform, such as a bump out in a recreational vehicle, wherein the notch is configured to provide the sofa with a lower profile.

Abstract: A lateral neck support meant to prevent an infant's head from tilting to one side in order to treat or prevent Torticollis and other abnormalities of the neck. The neck support is formed from soft pliable fabric including a somewhat cylindrical pillow-like support element in the center with a fabric strap extending from each end of the support element. The support element sits on top of the shoulder, beside the neck. The straps extend diagonally across the front and back of the torso and secure together under the opposite arm. The lateral neck support prevents undesirable head tilting to one side without being too restrictive for infant use.
