Abstract: This application relates to a sweetening composition and a preparation method and use thereof. The method includes steps of obtaining mesophyll fragments of Rubus suavissimus S. Lee, extracting with water as a solvent, removing phenolic hydroxyl-containing components, concentrating, purifying, and water-phase crystallization to obtain a sweetening composition. The sweetening composition is white in color, with unobvious bitterness astringent taste. The sweetening composition contains 50% to 99% of Rubusoside based on a dry weight, and has an absorbance of less than 0.4 at a wavelength of 270 to 370 nm after being dissolved and prepared into an aqueous solution (with a solid content of 1%, w/w). By removing bitter glycosides and phenolic hydroxyl-containing components, this application makes the flavor of the sweetening composition better. In the preparation process of the sweetening composition of the this application, only purified water is used and no organic solvents are used.

Abstract: The invention relates to a non-bitter low-sodium salt containing diet fiber carrageenan, a method for preparing the same and an application thereof. The non-bitter low-sodium salt containing diet fiber carrageenan is a solid salt and is prepared from 40-60 portion by weight of sodium chloride, 40-60 portion by weight of potassium chloride and 4-18 portion by weight of kappa-carrageenan by performing dissolving, mixing, drying, grinding and sieving. According to the invention, based on the mechanism that sulfate groups on kappa-carrageenan molecules can specifically bind to potassium ions, kappa-carrageenan is added to chelate potassium ions, thereby effectively masking the bitter taste of potassium chloride and significantly enhancing the salty taste of low-sodium salt as compared with the prior art. Carrageenan used in the invention is a common food additive which is easily available and cost-effective, so that the invention has good prospect in industrial popularization.

The electronic cigarette comprises a battery disposed in the housing, a fixer arranged in the housing and above the battery, a step groove disposed on the fixer, a mic plate connected to the side of the fixer near the battery and electrically connected with the positive electrode of the battery. The invention can solve the oil leakage better by completely isolating the fume liquid from the external air, thus ensuring the pure taste of the fume. And, as a top sealing ring is used, the top sealing ring can seal the oil hole as long as the atomizing core pipe is installed when assembling, so as to completely isolate the fume liquid from the external air. Meanwhile, the function of power off switch can be realized by using the atomized core pipe necessary for the assembly of electronic cigarette with conductive bushing, which reduces the cost of purchasing electronic switch and simplifies the assembly process.

Abstract: A face mask has a mask main body, horizontal nose bridge material, vertical shapeable material and two loops. The mask body includes an outer layer formed by panels of breathable material such as fabric, a shapeable nose bridge material and an inner layer formed by panels of breathable material such as fabric, installed with a vertical shapeable material at the central portion. The mask structure has a three dimensional curving profile which creates a larger breathing chamber between the user's face and the mask. The mask's unique profile provides an improved wearing and breathing experience, making it more comfortable than the conventional face masks. Additional layers such as filters can be inserted optionally between the outer layer and inner layer to increase the protection and serve different purposes of use required by the user. The vertical shapeable material can also help secure the position of the inserted layers.

Abstract: A respiratory mask device may include a body having an interior surface, an exterior surface, and an interior surface perimeter. The body may comprise a planar filtering material which is able to allow air to pass through while blocking aerosol particles, and the body may comprise a cavity formed by the interior surface of the body that is shaped and sized to receive at least the mouth and nose of the user. When the device is worn by a user, the interior surface may be positioned proximate to the mouth and nose of the user, and the interior surface perimeter may be configured to encircle at least the mouth and nose of the user. A facial adhesive material may be disposed along a portion of the interior surface perimeter so that the facial adhesive material may removably couple the device to the face of the user.

Abstract: An adjustable protective face covering having a first end having one or more openings spaced apart there along and a second opposing end having one or more openings spaced apart there along. A length extends therebetween for covering a mouth and nose of a wearer, and the face covering is a single use face covering that is a constructed from a unitary sheet comprised of surgical wrap, polypropylene, Spunbond Meltblown Spunbond (SMS), or cotton. The single component mask can be cut from sheets of substrate using various techniques including laser cutting, die cutting, or other machinery typically of use in clothing manufacture.

Abstract: A bioactive filter has at least one layer comprising at least one transitional element or compound (e.g., iron, cobalt, nickel, zinc, etc.). The bioactive filter deactivates a virus based on the charge of the transitional element incorporated into the filter design. The transitional element may be found in the at least one layer in nanoparticle form. Upon interdiction of the virus in the filter, the transitional element mimics the charge or shape of the ACE-2 receptors and the virus falsely attempts to infect the transitional element contained in the at least one layer of the bioactive filter, thereby deactivating the virus.

Abstract: The material for the antibacterial glove would have fibers such as polyester, cotton, silk, wool, or other similar materials, or biodegradable substances such as renewable wood sources, to form an interlocking matrix of loops, or such other means as would create a product that would absorb and maintain the antibacterial solution on it. The fabric/material is intended to not disintegrate when the antibacterial solution is applied to it. Four examples of antibacterial solutions are listed in the Detailed Description of Invention above. These examples are not intended to be exclusive options for possible canitizing formulas. The first glove option uses the fabric capable of absorbing the antibacterial solution on both sides of the glove/mitten, ie. for the entire glove/mitten. The second glove option uses as a base for the glove the materials used in disposable gloves such as ones made from vinyl, nitrile, latex, or polyethylene.

Abstract: Described herein are sweat-diverting devices which can be adhered to a wearer by an adhesive. The sweat-diverting devices described here may be adhered over a portion of the face without circumscribing the head. Such sweat-diverting devices may comprise a first leg and a second leg that are joined at a base of the device to form a channel therebetween, where at least a portion of the base is more rigid than the first and second legs such that an acute angle between the first and second legs is maintained when the sweat-diverting device is applied on a wearer's forehead. In some variations, the thickness of the base is greater than the thickness of either of the legs, which may help to maintain a separation between the tips of the legs even when the sweat-diverting device is applied to a wearer's forehead.
