Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for UE-triggered handover and early preparation with coexistence of the network-triggered handover. In one novel aspect, the UE is configured early measurement report configuration, receives an early handover command from the serving base station with a handover candidate cell list, monitors handover triggering conditions for each candidate cell on the handover candidate cell list based on a UE-triggered handover configuration and performs the UE-triggered handover to a candidate cell when the corresponding triggering condition is met for the candidate cell. In one embodiment, the UE receives a network-triggered handover command to a target cell, suspends the UE-triggered handover configuration and performs the network-triggered handover to the target cell. The UE discards the UE-triggered handover configuration upon success of the network-triggered handover and resumes the UE-triggered handover configuration upon failure of the network-triggered handover.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first wireless device may transmit, to a second wireless device, a first indication of a capability to selectively configure activation states for a set of antenna elements of an antenna array of the first wireless device, and of parameter values that indicate a structure of the antenna array. The first wireless device may then receive, from the second wireless device in response to the transmitted first indication, a second indication for the first wireless device to modify an activation state of one or more antenna elements of the set of antenna elements. The first wireless device may subsequently identify the activation state of the one or more antenna elements based on the received second indication, and communicate with the second wireless device using the antenna array according to the identified activation state of the one or more antenna elements.

Abstract: Disclosed are an SCG state control method and apparatus, a UE, an MN, an SN, and a medium. The method comprises: a UE determining whether there is data transmission at an SCG; when it is determined that there is no data transmission at the SCG, controlling a PSCell in the SCG to enter a sleep state; and when it is determined that there is data transmission at the SCG, controlling the PSCell in the SCG to enter an activated state. In the embodiments of the present application, when it is determined that there is no data transmission at an SCG, a UE controls a PSCell in the SCG to enter a sleep state, thereby avoiding wasteful power consumption; moreover, there is no need to release the SCG, such that there is also no need to configure the SCG again when data transmission is initiated at an SCG side again, and data transmission is scheduled at the SCG in a timely manner according to a CSI measurement result reported when the PSCell is in the sleep state, thereby reducing the data transmission delay.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to mechanism for interactions for entering into the sleep mode. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the network device transmits the information of go-to-sleep, GTS, to the terminal device on a lower layer (for example, the physical layer). The lower protocol layer informs the higher protocol layer (for example, the MAC layer) of the information of GTS. The terminal device determines how to monitor the physical downlink channel based on the information of GTS. Further, the terminal device may switch bandwidth part based on the information of GTS. In this way, the GTS is able to significantly save power.

A station (STA) receives a trigger frame indicating an allocated resource unit (RU) of a first size. The STA performs channel sensing responsive to receiving the trigger frame. In response to detecting at least one subchannel being busy from the channel sensing, the STA performs a downsized trigger-based (TB) transmission with a downsized RU or multi-RU (MRU) of a second size smaller than the first size by utilizing downsized RU or MRU allocation information while maintaining a value of each of one or more parameters unchanged in an encoding process to perform the downsized TB transmission.
