Abstract: A support for a hand-operated device is disclosed herein. The support comprises a band having an inner surface configured to surround and contact at least a portion of a user's forearm, and an opposite outer surface, and a cordholder attached to the band, the cordholder having a length extending diagonally relative to the length direction of the user's radius when the band is mounted on the user's forearm. Corresponding systems and methods also are disclosed.

Abstract: A wearable hitch configured to attach to a person's belt and/or pocket with a lower member capable of receiving a handle from a wheeled article such as a pull golf cart or wheeled luggage. The wearable hitch has a first arm adjacent to a base member defining a first slot. The wearable hitch further comprises a curved second arm attached to the base member that defines a second slot. The second arm comprises a first member that is biased against the base member and an arcuate member.

Abstract: A holder for a noncircular, hermetically sealed fluid container with a flexible sidewall has a plurality of ribs inwardly extending from at least one side wall of the container. The ribs stand off an outer surface of a container sidewall portion from the inner surface of the holder sidewall through a range of differential pressures between the contents of the container and the ambient atmosphere. This prevents the container from binding on the inner surface of the holder sidewall even when the container sidewall portion is deformed by an increase in differential pressure. The holder has application in environments in which the difference in pressure could dramatically change, such as in the interior of vehicles or the out of doors.

The channel is sized to slidably receive one or more toothpaste pellet formulated to effervesce when exposed to water or saliva. An aperture extends transverse through the head portion providing fluid communication into the channel. A one-way gate is disposed within the channel permitting a toothpaste pellet to pass into the head portion, and to prevent the toothpaste pellet from passing out of the head portion. A handle cap is removably attached to a lower end of the handle portion. The head portion and shank portion may be received within a head cap that removably attaches to the handle portion.

Abstract: Pruning plants that exude sticky sap may leave pruners gummed up and barely useable. Cleaning edged cutting tools presents injury risks to nursery and farm workers, so a need for rapid and effective cleaning machines exists. This pruner cleaning machine includes a motorized rotor assembly of scrubber discs facing each other and a helical center brush disposed between them. The scrubber discs include helical ramps and step faces at the ends of these ramps which conform to the ends of the helical scrubber, so that the spacing between the scrubber discs may be accurately controlled by the number of turns of the helical scrubber, including partial turns. The rotor may be reconfigured for various types of pruners by selecting from among various lengths of helical scrubbers. Properly configured, by using this machine and its inventive scrubbing rotor, gummed up pruners may be cleaned in seconds.
